Would completely recommend this company for buying a car, they truly care about cars and customers. Shawn was great, honest, clear and personable.
Everyone is very friendly, did not feel uncomfortable at all and really enjoyed the car buying experience.

Went to look at a Honda with my husband. The salesman was really useful. He was quite new so had someone help him every now and then with our questions. They said the car had no service history passed onto them but after they had done some research they found it had partial history. They promised a 106 point check along with a fresh MOT and service. The test drive went well and we could see no obvious issues. We got a good deal with a part exchange and we collected the following day.

On collection, the sales team were friendly and approachable. They highly encouraged my husband to leave a 5* review before leaving, as the salesman with the most amount of 5* reviews gets a paid day off. My husband didn't leave a review.

On leaving in the new car, we thought we heard a noise when we broke. We figured it might have been because it was stationary for a while so gave it a good drive down the M4. The car clunked everytime we broke at low speed.

After having an independent RAC mechanic come and review the car, it was deemed unsafe and unsatisfactory. We then contacted Infinity Motors formally rejecting the car.

It took almost a month for Infinity Motors to accept the car back and to give a refund. This was given once we had informed them a letter before action and a final warning. They finally gave back the full refund a week after promising it would be in our banks.

I would avoid this company, the 5* reviews are great for the sales team but the after care is appalling and the reviews don't reflect the company as it actually is.

I had a really pleasant and stress-free experience with this company from start to finish.
The first thing that made me consider buying from them was the fact that the car came with a full HPI check. Unlike other cars I had viewed, where I had to do my own checks because no information was provided, everything was transparent from the beginning, which gave me confidence.
The whole team communicated really well. No matter who I spoke to, everyone was up to date, so I never had to repeat myself or explain the whole situation again. That made the whole process much smoother and less stressful.

A special thanks to Adam here. He was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to go through everything about the car. At no point he did not put pressure into making a decision, which is something you often experience when viewing and test-driving cars.
From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful and supportive. He assisted me with all the phone calls, guided me through the paperwork, and made sure everything was completed correctly. Since I signed all the documents online and had the car delivered rather than collecting it in person, there were quite a few things to organise. Adam kept in touch throughout the process, making sure everything was going smoothly and checking that I was happy every step of the way. I never felt like just another customer.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a straightforward, honest, and professional car-buying experience. Thank you again!

Absolutely amazing dealership. Dev helped me through buying a w204 c220, he was happy to help with any questions and didn't pressure me at all. Infinity motors go above and beyond with a car prep before hand to make sure you receive a fully working car. Its much much more than a service allowing the car to pass a flawless MOT and for a couple of hundred quid I think its great. Thanks again to Dev and the team I will be coming back in the future!
