AVOID - knock down trade in prices
They will offer you a better price then claim the phone has defects so expect to receive half of what you were offered.
Then if you decline the offer you will get a second offer from a "senior" assessor.
However the service is shocking, don't expect replies to email and you want contact them.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY
Bought my son an iPhone 11 Pro Max. After a couple of months the phone started “ghost” screening, opening random apps and doing its own thing. Phone number for this rubbish company unavailable, completed 4 online forms and sent 3 emails to sort out a repair….Nothing back. Have logged a complaint with the trading standards.

Finally received email confirming agreed amount for payment in 24 hours.
Payment actually took another 4 days and they do not answer phone calls or emails.
Total process took 8 days.
Would not use again when you see all reviews.

I rejected that. Waiting for the phone back.
They then paid me £35. No phone.😡😡

Sent my daughters iPhone that was in great condition but after they received I was sent an offer for half the amount as they said the battery was faulty and had scratches on the screen. I Accept the scratches that were minor but the battery was perfect. I had it sent back took into my local repair shop who confirmed the battery was 100%. I think they get you phone under false pretences and then invent faults in the hope you just accept their offer. Really poor. Stay away

Really easy site to use and I'm very pleased with my mobile which is as good as new. It arrived promptly and well packaged. It was probably my fault in overlooking all relevant info but I hadn't realised the phone wouldn't come with a charger so bear in mind that you will need one that's compatible with the phone. A good idea really because most of us have spare chargers lying around at home.

Avoid this company
I ordered an Apple iPhone 7 Plus, which arrived faulty. It could not hold a charge above 1%. I returned the phone, but the company is refusing to refund the postage costs. I am £4.99 out of pocket for the pleasure of receiving a phone that could not be used!

After ordering a s10e which i did not…
After ordering a s10e which i did not like, i had to pay for delivery fee from post office which cost me £7.50 even tho i was buying another phone from them. I ordered a s10 unlocked and 2 weeks after i recieved the phone i inserted my sim card only to be displayed with a message stating the phone is not compatable with sim card. Unreliable and poor customer service.Stay clear of this second hand mobile site. Stick with backmarket!

I didn’t receive my full order I ordered a phone case to go with my phone and it never came with one so £10 down and I also had to go buy a new one so a further £5. Other then that the phone it’s self is 4 stars it does crash a little now and then
