I hired a car from Bristol Airport for a two day visit from Glasgow from ny go to Car Hire Comoany.As ever they were very helpful & efficient at providing a competitive quote.
At late notice due to unforeseen circumstances unfortunately I had to cancel my trip.
I contacted Indigo to advise this and was very impressed how quickly they were able to assist and refund my money.They applied no admin charge for this.
Many Companies should take a leaf out of Indigo's approach towards their Customer Support.
I most definitely highly recommend Indigo for all your Csr Hires both domestically & foreign/holiday car hire.

As a first time driver I wanted to rent a car and Sam made it very simple and smooth. The process was quite simple and Sam was always available for any queries. Id definitely recommend Indigo Car Hire for anyone looking to rent vehicles especially for first time drivers.

I’m disappointed with my experience with Indigo Car Hire.

I booked a rental through Indigo, who arranged the car with OK Mobility. Unfortunately, the vehicle I received had tyres that were extremely worn. One of the tyres eventually went flat while I was on the road, and the condition was so bad that the tyre wires were visibly showing. This left me stranded and was, frankly, a very worrying safety issue.

I contacted Indigo afterwards to raise the issue. To their credit, they were very responsive and did try to contact OK Mobility. However, when they were unable to get a response, I was essentially left to deal with the situation myself. I also tried to recover the costs through my credit card, but unfortunately without success.

I understand that Indigo is not the company that physically provided the vehicle, but as the company I booked through and the one that recommended/arranged OK Mobility for me, I expected more support when it became clear that I had been provided with a vehicle that was not safe to drive.

My main concern is that Indigo continues to work with and recommend a rental provider where I experienced such a serious vehicle safety issue. Being left stranded because of a severely worn tyre is not something I would expect from a reputable car-hire booking service.

Indigo’s communication was good, but unfortunately the way the actual safety issue was handled and the lack of accountability afterwards have left me very disappointed.
