Incendium Stoves & Fireplaces Anmeldelser

Honest, reliable and great service. Would highly recommend.

I seem to spend most of my time making complaints on here so it makes a very pleasant change to say these lads do a first rate job. They'll communicate with you, give you very reasonable quotes and they do an excellent job on the day. Had a damaged chimney cowl replaced with one more suited to the job and a clean at a very competitive price. Highly recommended.

We asked Matt for a chimney breast to be fitted to hide the flue from an existing stove. We also upgraded the wood burner at the same time, and are so glad we did, as it’s is much more efficient and provides more heat. The quality of the work was excellent and the installation was great with the minimum disruption. I would highly recommend Incendium if you are either upgrading or installing from scratch.

Just had my wood burner and flue installed by these guys, brilliant service fast and friendly! highly recommended! thanks guys!

Matthew was fantastic from start to finish. They've both done such an amazing job of opening up our chimney and installing a woodburner, slate surround and beam. They kept me updated throughout and asked for my preferences at the different stages. Very happy with the final piece. Highly recommend!

Incredible service. Reliable, friendly and very professional. Quoted promptly and turned up for the job on the agreed date. I would highly recommend the 2 Matthews.

Exceptional service provided by two exceptional professionals. The whole process ran smoothly from quote to installation of our new woodburner. The two Matthews listen, offer the best advice and are good, personable communicators. Highly recommend.

Incendium's service was speedy, super-efficient, clean and courteous; I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.

So pleased with our new stove. It wasn’t the most straightforward job as it turned out, but Matthew and Matthew did a fantastic job, and went above and beyond to get it done properly and quickly. It looks great!

Matthew and his team did a great job replacing an old tired fireplace with a marble mantle piece and a new wood burning stove. They were Very professional, punctual and polite and we are very pleased With the quality of their work- we would highly recommend them .

Matthew is great at what he does and has transformed our lounge. clean, tidy and delivers on what he has promise producing stunning results. I would tell everyone to get in touch for a quote if your looking at having a new fireplace/log burner installed.

Matt was really helpful from the very start. On his first visit he gave advice and explained how he would install a woodburner. The work was completed professionally by Matt and his team. They were friendly and respectful and would use them again.

Incendium Fireplaces are professional and efficient, they offer quality results. Matthew and team arrived promptly. Matthew asked for our opinion on all the details (size of hearth, materials for the mantle, choices of wood). His advise was helpful and he listened. The job was to a very high standard. We are really happy with the work undertaken. The guys are very polite and considerate. They ensured that the lounge was left as it had been before they arrived. Also, he was the best person when it came to accommodating our requirements. We will not hesitate to use him again in the future for similar work.
