Incendium Stoves & Fireplaces Anmeldelser

Guys arrived on time. They kept the room clean; they were friendly and helpful. Job was more complicated than at first seemed but worked to completion. Lovely result.

Excellent service from start to Finish
Matthew and is team were very professional the work was clean and tidy
This is the second time we have used them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again
Highly recommend

We’ve been trying to find someone reliable to have our firebricks replaced for over three years without success, a variety of promises and quotes led to nothing. Then I phoned Incendium and thank heavens i did.
The initial contact was swift and professional, the subsequent survey was thorough, the quote reasonable and the work completed to our entire satisfaction within a short period of time. Hence we have rated the business as excellent and would not hesitate to recommend to anybody, in fact we have already done so to some close friends.
Thanks Matthews x 2!

Had chimney swept they were very clean and quick. The price was as expected, as they'd installed the wood burner it was good they offer the whole package of servicing.

I am very happy with the job Incendium did on cleaning my chimney and installing a new stove. I would highly recommend this company.

First class service from start to finish at a very competitive price too

Incendium are excellent. Matthew gave us very good advice, and his team of fitters arrived on time, and were first-class. Brickwork, chimney liner, boarding and plastering were swiftly completed with absolutely no mess. Our Burley fire has been a revelation, generating far more heat than our previous fire while using much less wood.

Fantastic job to a very high standard. Team were timely, professional and courteous and I love my new stove and fireplace . Cannot recommend Incendium highly enough

Great company with excellent communication- thanks Matt for being so on the ball and replying promptly. Really impressed with our new woodburner- Matt and Mesh were very clean and efficient, explained all about the aftercare and safety- definitely would recommend !!

Our service personnel arrived on time and carried out a clean and efficient sweep of our chimney and renewal or the door seal. Gave a general inspection of serviceability of the back fireplates and we are fully satisfied with the job. 👍

Great service from beginning to end

Excellent service from a professional team who made the experience absolutely painless. It has made a huge difference to the comfort of our home.

We had a wood burner installed and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Communication was clear from the start, the quote was detailed and fair, and the work was carried out exactly as discussed.

The installers were tidy, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing, especially given the age of the property and the existing fireplace. Everything was explained properly, from compliance and safety through to how to use the stove day to day.

The finished result looks great and feels like it’s been done properly, not rushed. Would happily recommend and use again

Great service and professional fit - would definitely recommend

Highly recommend Incendium if you're looking to get a fireplace remodelled! We had our manky old 80s gas fire and questionable purple marble surround removed, and the fireplace boxed and plastered with a new oak beam set above it, new slate hearth and a new stove installed. The whole job was done in a day, including sorting out chimney pot etc, and the team cleaned up really thoroughly before they left. Transformation is brilliant and both the person who came to sort the quote and the people who did the install were really friendly and explained everything we needed to know well. Good price for it all goo

This Company deserves the highest praise for all aspects of the sale and fitting of our wood burning stove.
Matthew (Managing Director) was so easy and honest to deal with and after sales service has been a joy.
The two fitters were respectful of property and cheerful, obviously knowing the installation process inside out.
It was like dealing with a Company from way back who have maintained standards rarely seen these days.
Thank you so much.

Incendium Fireplaces Ltd helped convert our old cottage open-fire and transformed it to a modern fireplace with a multi fuel log burner.
From the day of it being quoted, they provide you with lots of advice and information, they provide you with a thorough detailed quote with a clear breakdown of costs.
They're great at communicating via email and we're always happy to answer our questions.
We came into a plumbing issue on the day of installation which was no one's fault, but they were able to arrange a plumber to fix the issue and completed the installation effectively at a later date.
We're really pleased with the final product and they so kindly plastered over the aftermath from the plumbing jobs which was very appreciated.
Would 100% recommend to other people. Very trustworthy, professional and great at their job. Thank you!
