Tried to contact customer service. All emails bounced. £40 for this ripped up pillow.

Absolutely loving it!!
2 yrs ago we were planning to buy tempur pedic mattress etc and bumped into imperial bamboo stall in Westfield.
Stefania was very welcoming and was very helpful to choose the right products for us-not only mattresses but pillows and blankets that we are absolutely in love with all of them!
Very comfortable and such a good sleep!I never thought good sleep can depends on mattress!So after two years we decided to buy another one for another bedroom and of course we went to same stall.
The Team who was telling us about their products-Daniela and a guy(I didnt catch his name)were amazing,they were very prompt and helpful-they also have new products too
I would definitely recommend all their products as this is next level quality that i never had it in the past!

I was thinking that I am experiencing bad with the company since I could not reach them. But they returned me and solved my problem in a charming way. Thanks to Daniela and Zaki for their perfect approach on customer support and after sales management. Just and advise to bad reviewers; wait from them to contact with you.

Bought 2 pillows from Westfield shopping centre.
Both pillows were left 24hrs to expand, they are both wafer thin and nothing like the display pillow, I would not recommend buying anything from the company.

Bought 2 pillows on 23 may 2024 from westfield. Both of them were very firm. Now its not even 2 months one of them start getting softer. I wrote mail to the company and got reply that may be its about temperature and making silly excuses and refuse to exchange it. But during purchase the lady assured us that they will exchange if there is any problem. Worst service

Best mattresses I had, it’s really helpful for backpain.

Purchased the memory from orthopedic mattress from Imperial Bamboo in Westfield and it's a game changer! My back pain has significantly reduced.

Frustrated that I was effectively duped into purchasing a pillow at a trade show that was supposedly bamboo but in fact the cover is only 40% bamboo. The rest is polyester. The smell of the foam inside is also so overwhelming that you cannot sleep on it. A total waste of money.

Excellent Customer Service from Daniela in Westfield shopping centre. I bought two bamboo orthopedic pillows, I came back to buy two more because they were so good and super soft, I'm going to buy the mattress very soon.

Horrible customer service and terrible product.

I purchased a mattress from them 6 months ago and was told there is a 10 year warranty with free exchanges if anything is wrong with the product.

My mattress started to dip after 6 weeks and continued to get worse. I reached out to them with no answer for months. Finally, when I got through 3 months later, I was told I had to pay 650 to exchange the mattress.

There was no apology and no concern for the customer. They could barely reply back coherently.

The pillows are amazing, I love them .

I just bought a pillow and its amazing and allows me to sleep so well.

Excellent customer service very happy with my mattress and pillows they are very comfortable the best matress ive ever had and tghe pillows are wonderful too very comfortable.

Loving the products being menopausal the bamboo bedlinen and mattress keeps me cool in the summer and warm in winter also Orthopedic products pillows etc keeps me supported no more pain in knees /side and back.

I've been struggling to find the perfect pillow for me. It was always too firm or too soft, or it turned out to be too lumpy. That was until I found Imperial Bamboo, an amazing shop with high quallity products and an excellent service.

They will help you find a pillow that suits you better and help you with back and neck problems I went to Westfield wCity, to find a good matress due to my back issues. Just bought a pillow from Imperial Bamboo few days ago. Most comfortable pillow I’ve slept with, literally took 2 nights of sleep to help my neck pain ease and Its a very cool relaxing pillow.
Highly recommend their products. 10/10 would definitely buy from them again

Terrible company terrible product terrible customer service my wife bought 4 of these pillows at the ideal home exhibition they are like sleeping on small hard lumps of foam the most uncomfortable pillows we have ever used,we have tried contacting the company and they don’t even bother to respond take your money and run ?/update after response these as stated were brought at a show and were nothing like the pillows we tried the response just shows the level of customer service you can expect from this company

Was not look to buy anything, as I was just passing by, I was approaced by lovey telma who was very friendly and helpful. And I would recommend bamboo pillows. They are best. I'm now having the best sleeps. Thanks again
