I won a free boudoir experience, and honestly cannot express how wonderful the whole experience was!

Katie helped me feel safe and comfortable during the consultation and lead up to the experience, and when I arrived at the Newcastle studio everyone was so friendly!

Lydia talked me through what the day would entail and brought myself and my partner free drinks before and after my shoot, and was just an all-round pleasure and a great first impression of the studio.

Husma is a gem, and really made me feel comfortable when she did my hair and makeup! She constantly double-checked how I felt about my makeup, and always asked for my input which truly made the experience feel genuine! She listened completely to my requests, and the makeup was stunning! I also want to mention that the sanitation of the makeup was impeccable!

Beth constantly made sure I was comfortable with the direction she was giving me during the shoot, and listened to me when I requested to pose in a certain way. She made me feel incredibly safe and confident during the shoot, and kept the environment super fun and enjoyable! She is a consummate professional and I can't recommend her highly enough!

Gracie edited my photos beautifully, truly listening to my requests of no touch-ups (I had a tear in my tights but wanted it kept in, which she did) and didn't over-edit anything, which I'm so pleased about! I look like myself in the photos, and I'm so glad to have had her as an editor!

Jane was wonderful during the viewing of my photos, and I felt absolutely no pressure to buy anything. She talked me through the price, payment options and package options, and I felt like it was my choice the whole way through! She explained the ins and outs of the payment platform they use, and was incredibly transparent about the payment! I didn't feel like I was being sold to, I felt like I was simply being explained my options, and that there was no pressure whatsoever to pay anything.

I truly cannot recommend this experience enough; the staff are wonderful and the experience did wonders for my confidence! I feel content knowing that, by paying the full amount for my gorgeous photobook and polaroids, I've contributed towards the wages of these wonderful people, who really deserve all the very best in the world!

Awful experience! I 'won' one of the 'free' makeovers and I was thrilled as I had had an awful year dealing with cancer and just hating my body.
To start with the make up artist did such a bad job I cried when I looked at myself in the mirror afterwards.
The photographer, to her credit, did a stellar job of making me feel comfortable during the shoot and then afterwards there came the sales pitch- which was quite frankly the most disgusting 30 minutes of my life- the woman knew exactly what she was doing as she tried to get £3k out of me, told me I would have to pay more as the limit was 60 photos and I had 64- I didn't ask for 64 photos so why would I be charged? Honestly made me feel like scum when I said I didn't want to purchase any photos and couldn't have pushed me out the door any quicker.
I was also told because I had agreed to do a last minute slot I would get an additional free photo and free lingerie- this never happened.
Please please please dont go here- it isnt worth your time or self confidence

I had a fabulous time, they made me look fantastic. Obviously they want to sell more but I felt no pressure to buy more. To those who feel pressured just put on your big girl pants and say no

Left the role as the higher up people are horrendous and don’t care about their staff, a huge scam for vulnerable women thinking they’ve got a chance for a photoshoot but then they dwindled in to buy the photos at the end even though your made to tell the clients they don’t have to buy if they don’t wish to. I wish to work for a place that empowers women, not scams them and has rude owners / managers ! Be warned girls

Honestly a serious rip off,DO NOT GO FOR THEIR FREE PHOTOSHOOT,it is a big scam.You end up owing them a ridiculous amount of money,by ridiculous i mean over £3000,yes,i kid you not.I feel i was coerced into paying that amount to be honest.They also told me that they are entitled to selling those pictures,"And you wouldn't want that!!".Yes that's what they said to me.The pictures are of your most vulnerable parts of your body so what choice are you left with?I felt obligated to just pay for all of the pictures,to almost have a sense of ownership to them you know,afterall it's my face,my body pictured in those images.And imagine these are people that advertise under the pretense of helping bring your confidence back.So nice,so lovely, And you even open up to them and tell them what has made you feel less confident about your body.You feel heard but no.They use that to their advantage. I AM APALLED.You're better off paying a professional photographer and you get way way better pictures than theirs.stay away from them‼️‼️.

I had a fantastic time here, the staff were very happy and friendly, all needs were attended to, what a cute studio, make up and hair were perfect!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Except you want to be stuck in debts for months. They prey on vulnerable women to get their hard earned money.
They will act nice at first, constant calls to tell you of a free makeover shoot, makeover and hair prep but they will intentionally refuse to tell you about the exorbitant price they charge for the pictures after. Aggressive selling and deception.Forcing customers to sign ridiculous financial contracts. Save your money, go to a normal studio to get excellent pictures.
