I honestly cannot recommend GG Builds highly enough. From start to finish, this has been exactly what good old-fashioned customer service should be.

I decided to ask them to build my PC because I had seen the PCs they build for their sister website, Gigahertz Giveaways, and I absolutely loved the look and quality of them. More than that, it was clear to me that they genuinely enjoy building good PCs and take real pride in what they do. That was a big part of why I trusted them with my build.

I came to them with an idea of what I wanted, but not necessarily the full technical knowledge to know the best way to achieve it. They listened, understood what I needed the PC for, and helped guide me towards the right build for me, not just the most expensive option, but the one that made sense for my work, design needs, gaming, and future upgrades.

What really stood out was how much they clearly care about their builds. The communication was excellent, Ross kept me updated throughout, tested everything properly, and spotted and sorted issues before the PC even reached me. That attention to detail gave me a huge amount of confidence.

The PC that Ross built has totally exceeded my expectations. It looks absolutely stunning, performs beautifully, and feels like they really understood the vision I had for it. I wanted something powerful, reliable and future-proof.

Delivery was awesome too; after the testing phase, it was here in 24 hours with fully tracked delivery, so I could be waiting on the front step for the delivery man.

The pc was packed really well with all the extra screws and cables that I may need. Brilliant, and very thoughtful of Ross.

I am so glad I chose GG Builds rather than buying something off the shelf. This felt personal, thoughtful, and built with real pride. A brilliant company, fantastic communication, and a finished PC that I am over the moon with. I've had so many things open, and the CPU and GPU are not batting an eyelid! Also, I never knew pc's could be this quiet! My old one was like a helicopter taking off!

Jordan and the crew have built a great community, with prizes flying out to folks to the free credit games.
I won a pc on one of their instant wins and it was in my hands two days later. From free add-ons to cash donations to charity this is one of the best teams doing these styles of raffles going.

I approached Jordan after having a go at the raffles on their sister site, as I’d got the urge to get back into Flight Simulator. Being completely new to PC, the boys helped inform me what specs I’d need to get the most enjoyment out of what I was spending my money on. I was initially going to buy a PC but after some guidance (which turned out to be a godsend in hindsight), I opted for a slightly higher priced and better system.

I couldn’t have received better advice, general help & service than I got, right down to arranging delivery with Christmas fast approaching. I would recommend anybody looking for a PC at super competitive pricing to GG Builds, a super service from start to finish.

And to finish, and point out just how good it is, I haven’t touched my PS5 since I got the PC in December 😅

My inquiry was met quickly. I was offered various build options as well as options to customise. The build was quick and any issues were quickly resolved. PC currently runs perfectly.

Top level service, had a few enquiries about the build which were answered promptly but also detailed more than I would've expected. Price to performance bang on an incredible price for the spec!

Jordan and Ross are an amazing pair, Customer service is impeccable. I won a 5080 GGBuilds pc on their sister company's instant win section and it has run like a dream since the day I turned it on. The RGB can be customised at the touch of a button and it can run any game with ease. I won on the Monday night and my pc arrived on the Friday, a little longer than their normal delivery schedule but I do live in a rural place. The boys are always on hand if any help is needed and i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pc build.

Ordered a pre-built PC that was unfortunately damaged by the courier. I had customer support straight away helping me diagnose the fault. I had to send the PC back for repairs and had it returned to me in under a WEEK! Great company and service.

Product is delivered just as advertised, well packed, and without fault that i have found as of yet.
Order came fast and without issue.
No issues with quality at all!

I contacted GG builds a week ago about a custom order for a PC with very specific parts. Within a week I had a consultation, parts ordered, PC built and at my doorstep.

I am very impressed with the quality of this build, and even more so by their excellent customer service.

The build I commissioned was a very expensive build, but rather than immediately taking the money, both Ross and Jordan advised me on multiple different cost saving alternatives that would have brought the price down massively.

Although I decided to stick with the parts I ordered (except the PSU) due to specific needs and aesthetics, I really appreciated the time they gave to help me out, when it could have been a very easy upsell for them.

The new PC is running better than I could have ever imagined running highly modded games on the top settings with a fluid framerate, all while keeping very decent temps across the board. It's also a beautiful looking, and very tidy build.

The price was also more than reasonable. If I were to source the parts myself, I don't think it would have cost much less, and maybe more due to scalping prices on many of these parts. Plus I highly doubt I could have built this thing myself.

Long story short, I highly recommend GGbuilds whether you know exactly what you want, or want to discuss creating a rig within a specific budget, these guys will be a great help!

I will definitely use them again if I'm ever i need of PC-building services!

From Start to finish great service . Always there to advise and help even after I received the pc asking question that was third party set ups but they was happy to help. Quality of build was brilliant and will last me a good few years .

Even though it is a PC I won in a raffle… The PC I received is amazing; running the BEST gaming CPU (At least at the time of this review) the super powerful AMD 9800x3d and not necessarily according to popular opinion the best GPU but the very close runner up; the RTX 5080. Tying all this together is the CL30 DDR5 memory. This PC runs every game I can throw at it at 4k max settings. Delivery was quick and I have had loads of good gaming on the PC so far. Only criticism I could put on it was that it had a b650 chipset which at the time of this review was not best chipset for the hardware involved. But everything else including the other components like the aio is perfect and the aerocool p500a atx case is pretty and future proof when I someday want to upgrade the board to a back connect x870e or a b850. Can definitely recommend and when I someday want a custom build I know who to call. Thank you!

I brought a PC from GG Builds, it turned up a couple of days later, professionally built, hi quality and well packed. Perfect PC for what I needed it for Gaming, Streaming and work when I needed.

The PC I brought can handle streaming on 4 channels and gaming in 4K at the same time.

Couldnt come at a better time in my life after the heart op some thing to look forward to comunicated realy well throught it all and pc runs a dreams looking forward to meby other wins as got my eyes on a monitor in gg comp will always recommend

Brought a PC for my son back in September and can honestly same great customer service from start to finish even gave advice on which PC would be best suited, everything about this PC is brilliant and the graphics are mind blowing, would definitely recommend GG builds 😁

GG Builds was a quick and well thought out process all from the start right up until the end. They kept in contact with me and updated me about any delays with shipping and made sure it was all delivered on time.
