Cannot log into app; no help from support
Cannot log into app and support has been no help whatsoever. Initially, tried to cancel because it was not at all what I was expecting based on the ads. Then they said no and I have not had any luck trying to sign in at all. Based on other's experiences that have been similar, I wonder if this is a scam. Wasted $67 completely!

I was not able to use this application…
I was not able to use this application at all! I am American, and need to be able to log my food in ounces and pounds, and everything is in grams. Also, I couldn't find any of the foods that I can find on other weight loss programs.
After going back and forth with their support, nothing has been done. I have asked 3 times for them to cancel my plan and give me a refund, but nothing. They keep saying "your satisfaction is important to us" and "we will send this over to the relevant team"... but hear nothing back.
Such a waste of money!!
Now I'm trying to cancel. We shall see how that goes.

End of membership not completed, Charged again
I requested to end my membership a year ago, and now a year later they charged my credit card $77.99. Customer service told me that I am supposed to let them know two days in advance before they charge my account to cancel my membership. I did not make that request because I already cancelled it a year ago! They are a rip off. I do not recommend this company.
