I’ve struggled for years to identify what foods were causing my flare-ups. Immudi broke it down in a way that made it obvious. Turns out, my ‘healthy’ yogurt breakfast was a hidden problem. The app guided me through a full reset and now I’m making better choices without guessing. I took off one star because the UI could be a bit faster, especially the food log – but functionally, it’s solid.

Say NO to Immun-di
I also knew the first time I opened the Immun-di app that there were issues and tried several times to fix some of my inputs, but the app wouldn't change. It established me at 50 calories a day. Sigh. I hated the app...this was 4 days after I purchased it. So I immediately asked for their help on their website to refund my money. NOPE, they do not do refunds. Joy. It is my fault for not doing my research before the purchase. Especially with BBB, and looking online at all the negative comments. AVOID THIS ONE! There are way easier and cheaper ways to get this information. They did confirm that my subscription was cancelled, but I have seen several comments where they were still charged for renewal, so I will now have to flag my calendar for 6 months from now to watch my charges. Down $66

Unhealthy and unsafe calorie recommendation
The app suggested a diet with 900 calories per day. That is totally unhealthy and unsafe. The program leads you to a rapid wealth loss program that provides a very low calorie intake. Have requested a refund!

Be careful signing up as it can automatically renew. I never used the plan so it may be ok but I didn’t realize it automatically renewed and they wouldn’t refund me when I saw the new charge. I’m just lucky I caught it after the first renewal.
