Called on the Wednesday to ask about the next day, offered to come the very same day. Fixed my screen in front of me under 30 minutes, very quick and easy. Tech was really nice and talkative. Amazing for people with little time spare, very good value for money :)

No Show
Paid extra for a technician to come to my home to replace my broken screen. When he called and I booked it for a week or so later he asked why. What does it matter, he didn’t need to know this. When I told him I was waiting for payday he said he ‘wasn’t trying to pry’, then why ask? Anyway I waited in for a 10:30am appointment which came and went. No show. Rang iMend who got the technician to call me direct. He’d forgotten all about it apparently! Tried to offer coming by in the afternoon but I was busy hence why I’d booked it for the morning! He then started to get annoyed when my signal dropped out. Told him to cancel it and hung up. I’ve now received an email from them regarding payment! They must be joking! Not great that their employees can’t even keep simple appointments.

First time of use and very impressed.
The first time I have used iMend and I was very impressed. The ordering process was easy. Then very quickly (within around 30 minutes) had confirmation of the order and also spoke to the technician to arrange a time. On the day had a message warning me he was stuck in traffic and arrived ten minutes late. Battery replaced quickly and checked then paid by card and he was off. Very quick. Very tidy, very pleasant and very well organised. OK you pay a bit (£15.00) for the visit, but that's better than having to do without your phone for several days. I will use again.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. Had my iPhone 6s repaired at home same day. The technician called me after 5pm to set the appointment up as requested and came out at 7pm. Phone was perfect again within 45 minutes. I would highly recommend!
