Forgot basic instructions on build.
I paid for a work PC for my university studies. Paid for Windows 11 OS to be installed. PC was delivered with no Operating System. Cannot use it at all.

I ordered a custom-build from bedrock just before Easter. I requested
Processor (CPU): Intel i7-9700
Graphics Card (GPU): GTX 1050Ti
Motherboard: 8th/9th Gen Board
Memory (RAM): 24GB DDR4
and recieved
Intel Core i5 10500
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
PRIME H510M-R R2.0 (LGA1200)
16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR4
(so both the CPU AND the motherboard were upgraded)
Flynn wrote to me to explain that I'd receive less memory as they had upgraded the PCU (didn't mention that they had upgraded the motherboard as well).
When the PC arrived it was packaged incredibly carefully and securely. I had to take a side-panel off to remove iterior protection - wing-nuts instead of screws made this a breeze.
At first, the PC would not boot. At all. As can happen, some connections had come loose during transit. I know nothing about PC hardware, but Bedrock has a handy guide to setting up your PC which enabled me to sort out that issue. Now, it runs smoothly with no issues at all - and the Graphics Card ensures that 16GB memory is ample for the games I want to run.
I did call a couple of times - panicking and stressed. If I could not get through, Charlie would call back quickly (usually on thsame day) and resolve issues with efficiency and dplomatic patience.
Looking around the internet, I can see that my computer from Bedrock is excellent value - knowing that there is a human at the other end of the phone to resolve issues is an extra bonus.
I'm very happy that I bought from Bedrock.

Bought a PC from them roughly a year…
Bought a PC from them roughly a year ago, and it still works fantastically! Gave me some great advice for what I was looking for (a PC that couldn't be upgraded in the future, didn't have RGB's and would run the games I was looking to play). The only problem I had was that when there was an issue with getting a part for the computer and would mean that there would be a delay on the order; they did not reach out to me but when I reached out to them, they let me know and then upgraded some of my parts with no charge and then after that, they kept me updated.
PC was safely secured, and the protective padding was easy to remove.

Ordered the computer on March 13th which was advertised as "in stock". Still haven't received it although I was promised a delivery date on 9th April.
No explanation as to why it wasn't delivered on that date.
Charlie and the Bedrock crew reached out to me after the communication mix up. They've gone above and beyond to rectify the situation including an extremely significant upgrade to the bundle I ordered, including monitor, CPU, GPU. They've been in touch every step of the way and I cannot fault them for their service. Thankyou.

I have ordered the PC from bedrock computers, this site is genuine and very helpful due to some reasons my computer delivery got delayed but they were very kind and gave me free upgrade, which was really amazing. Not only this once I received the PC, i was facing issue how to setup but they provide me full support and stayed on call to until I setup my PC, the experience was hassle free with the company. I would like to thank them for their amazing work and genuinely great service they provide their customer full support.

Not only are the prices amazing but the team constantly keep in touch with updates and let you know if anything is amiss. They had more orders than usual when I bought mine and while I was happy to wait, they said they could do whatever they could to try and get the PC to me if I needed it immediately.
They were also excellent when it came to an issue with the windows activation key, they had a replacement key for me not even 12 hours later (I had emailed them on a friday)

Ordered PC But Took 3 Weeks
Ordered the pc was extremely excited so I waited 4 to 5 working days for it then emailed in after not hearing anything to check on the progress got told it is delayed and was given a estimated date when I will have it. It came to the day I should of had it nothing so I emailed once again and got told a new date. Which also was failed to meet. I understand with the current problems of getting stock is hard. But I shouldn't be having to email asking I should be getting updates if it's not coming email me. A major improvement which is needed is communication between people or having one person which knows all the problems and doesn't get passed around. Anyways the owner got in contact provided me his number which I called him he explained they will get it built and shipped same day which they did. They explained there was a problem with storage but when I loaded it up and check what they put inside the cpu was wrong I was missing a WiFi card. So I emailed and I offered to bring it in to get it fixed if I was told that the parts would be replaced it would of not been a problem and as a first time pc buyer someone who didn't know how to check things like that wouldn't of known. However they did upgrade me and at the end I was happy but.
Like mentioned a major improvement is communication needed fixing between staff or having one person handling emails and phone calls instead of going to voice mail have someone answer it.
Otherwise the pc is great whole process took around 3 weeks but I have to say it's worth everyone was kind.
