Communication has been poor from the get go.

After an email saying they had received my parcel at 9:11 in the morning and had started work on it, I received no further updates. After chasing twice at 11am and 3pm i was told they were still working on my device. After chasing again 5:45 the same day, I was told they had sent my device back to me and I would be receiving it the next day.

After receiving 0 communication from them and chasing multiple times, I was finally told that they hand't send it out yet, only to have to wait for an email containing my shipping link. I have only just received a shipping reference from UPS which isn't working. Disappointed with the service and lack of communication.

Booked a home repair over the phone & got a return call within the hour confirming date & time. A pleasant, efficient technician arrived (based in Derby), obviously very experienced & knew exactly what he was doing; my phone was up & running in no time. All repairs were carried out in front of me & I have no hesitation in recommending iMend. Brilliant! Thank you.

Sent phone off and the process was really simple and easy. Loved the website and how easy it was to navigate everything. Phone came back very quickly as was good as new and they put the screen protector on perfectly. Very worth the money and will probably use iMend in the future and would also definitely recommend them.

Great service. My daughter ipad had a fault with the charging port. Posted the item and recd it back 3 days later. And it worked perfectly. Reasonably priced repair.

An amazing service. Contacted iMend using Live Chat, booked a screen replacement for my iPhone 8. Stuart (the engineer) called me straight away and an appointment was made for the next day at my home address. Stuart arrived exactly on time. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing throughout the screen replacement. He even showed me a feature of my phone that I didn’t know about! On completion he showed me the calibration process to confirm all was working properly. Job done quickly, for a very good price and backed up with a 12 month warranty. Can’t recommend this company enough. First class!
