I sent a rakhi from Australia to India with some sweets, eatables etc. They delivered the rakhis and all the eatables were missing from the package. A complete fraud and disappointment.

It was a great experience with IGP
It made so special with on time delivery and 5 star rating and highly recommended specially if your far from your lobed ones.

There is no customer service. Ordered flowers but no updates at all. They just took the money and go silent. This kind of company only works in india.

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my order - 19143712

The cake I initially received was damaged and did not resemble the design I had ordered. After I spoke with your store manager, **Lagesh**, I was assured that the cake would be replaced.

Unfortunately, the replacement cake was also unsatisfactory. In addition to not meeting the expected quality, it appeared to be significantly under the ordered weight of **300 g**.

This entire experience has been extremely disappointing and falls well below the standard I expected from IGP. As both the original and replacement cakes have now been returned, I request a **full refund** for my order at the earliest.

I would appreciate confirmation that my refund is being processed.

I request everyone not to order from them. They did not deliver the order on time, not once but twice and when I asked them for refund, all they gave me were credits, which can be used to order from them only, which is how they trap customers.

Order #18914440 wasn’t received by my family. I asked IGP support team to provide the name and place where parcel is delivered they have nothing I asked for.
Its been about a month I asked them to resolve issue but they claim parcel delivered and customer is liar in indirect way. It is not safe site to choose anymore.

Worst service in India. They said they'll deliver the order between 9PM to 1AM. No delivery ofcourse. They even assigned a driver to the order but after 10 mins of assignment when I checked, I got the status as canceled (which I never did). I contacted support and they said they've "escalated" the issue and the order would be delivered on time. Now they're not responding to me on any of their support channels. Safe to assume it's a total scam site.

The image on igp app and the image of cake when delivered to the destined location was same. Cake was in neat and presentable manner. Hygiene standards were maintained. Rest, the taste was amazing and delicious. It's the perfect to gift your closed ones. Very happy....

1 Star – Terrible Customer Service and No Accountability

I ordered a birthday gift for my friend, but although the order was marked as delivered, it was never actually delivered.

Over the next three days, I received completely contradictory responses from customer service. One representative said a re-delivery could be arranged, another said it couldn’t, then another said it could again. After all of that, they finally admitted that although the system showed the order as delivered, it had not actually been delivered.

I’ve been trying to resolve this since 22 July at 6:41 AM (UK time), and after almost three days of slow back-and-forth messages, the issue was still unresolved. Every response took hours, making an already frustrating situation even worse.

By the time they offered to re-deliver the gift, it was pointless because my friend’s birthday had already passed and I’d already bought an alternative gift. Instead of refunding the card I originally paid with, they only offered IGP Wallet credit, which I did not want. After this experience, I have no intention of using their service again.

The whole experience was disorganised, stressful, and incredibly disappointing. If you’re ordering a gift for an important occasion, I would think twice before using this company.

Delivered one product before delivery date and then deliver the cake at all. They also accepted their mistake at first that they didn’t deliver. I asked for refund and suddenly as per them it was delivered and they are asking for proof.

The absolute worst.

Never have I ever come across such an incompetent company. They did everything possible to ruin my wife’s birthday. I requested a midnight delivery, they charged for it, didn’t do it. They promised to deliver next day between 9 to 1pm, didn’t do it. 4 different people asked for the permission to reschedule between 1 pm and 5 pm , did not deliver, rescheduled again for 5 to 9, I do not trust them. I paid extra for midnight delivery, asked to refund, they are not even talking about it. Have talked to 6 different people since last night, the cake and the bouquet is still not there. There should be an option to chose zero stars or maybe rotten eggs, I’ll chose 5 rotten eggs for them.

⚠️ Beware before ordering from IGP

I’m sharing this based on my personal experience. This has happened to me twice.

I ordered a personalized sipper and confirmed its availability with their customer support multiple times before making the payment. They kept assuring me that everything was available and asked me to complete the payment.

But just 30 minutes before delivery, they called and said the product was out of stock. Instead, they tried to replace my ₹1,000 order with a ₹300 product. When I refused, they refunded only half of the amount.

If the product wasn’t available, why was it listed as in stock, and why did they keep asking for payment without checking their inventory?

Very disappointing service. Please think twice before ordering from IGP.

1 Star – Avoid IGP at all costs!

This company is a complete scam when it comes to customer service. They take your money and then couldn't care less whether your order actually reaches the recipient.
I paid for a gift that was never received. I provided TWO contact numbers for the recipient, yet they couldn't be bothered to make a single phone call. Instead, they claim they left it in the porch of a large apartment building without informing anyone. Who leaves an expensive gift unattended in a shared apartment complex and calls that "delivered"?
When I contacted customer service, things only got worse. They are completely useless. No one takes responsibility, no one offers a solution, and no one even bothers to reply properly. I asked for a refund—ignored. I asked them to redeliver the next day—ignored again.
This has easily been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Their delivery service is pathetic, their customer support is non-existent, and they clearly have no respect for their customers.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH IGP. If you actually want your gift to arrive, order from literally anywhere else. IGP is unreliable, unprofessional, and a huge disappointment.

Does not even owe 1 star rating. I ordered a gift and cake on Father's Day. The order was delayed with no information and just received the cake at the end of day. Since then have raised queries for refund but haven't received till date. Atleast as a company have the courtesy to return the customer's money.

My previous review, dated 8th July, received a response from IGP stating that their chat team had shared a proposed resolution. That is simply not true.

Since then, I have received multiple emails asking me to send more photos and videos of the damaged deliveries. I have repeatedly explained that I cannot—and do not want to—trouble the recipient again by asking for more pictures. The entire experience has already been embarrassing enough.

To make matters worse, today I received a call from an IGP representative who asked me to explain the entire issue all over again. When I requested that he check the case history, as everything was already documented, he started shouting at me. When I said I wanted to record the call, he immediately disconnected.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. Instead of resolving an escalation, I have been asked to repeat myself multiple times and have even been spoken to disrespectfully. IGP, if you cannot manage escalations professionally or treat customers with basic courtesy, you seriously need to rethink your customer service operations.
