I placed a fully prepaid order (Order #17933447), scheduled for delivery on March 26, which was never fulfilled.
This order was meant for my sister’s birthday, making the situation even more upsetting and unacceptable((((
The company confirmed they would provide an update by March 28 regarding delivery on March 31. As of today (March 31), I have received no response at all, despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and what’s app number .
This is completely unacceptable taking full payment and then ignoring the client with zero communication….
If this issue is not resolved immediately with either delivery or a full refund, I will be filing a formal complaint with Dubai Economy & Tourism (DED) Consumer Protection Department.
I will also be sharing my experience across social media platforms and with my network in Dubai, including bloggers and media contacts, as customers should be aware of this level of service.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this company.

Very disappointing experience with IGP. I ordered a cake for my brother’s birthday, but they delivered a completely different cake. When I complained the next day, they said the complaint time frame had expired and they couldn’t do anything. Considering how much they charge, the service was really disappointing. It ruined the celebration.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable service. I placed an order two days in advance and paid almost AED 400 for a bouquet that I selected specifically based on the pictures displayed on their website. What was delivered looked so different from what I ordered.
When I contacted customer service, I was told they had run out of the flowers I selected. This explanation is unacceptable, especially since the order was placed well in advance and I was never informed of any issue before delivery. If the item was unavailable, I should have been contacted and given the option to choose an alternative.
I called multiple times and was repeatedly told they were “trying to resolve the issue.” The last time my call was answered, it was routed to their India branch. After that, they simply stopped answering my calls.
Their only solution was to offer a 15% refund, which does not come close to addressing the inconvenience and embarrassment caused. The bouquet was meant for my boss’s wife’s birthday, and because of the poor quality of what was delivered, I had to discard the flowers and face an extremely awkward situation at work.
This experience was both humiliating and frustrating. Charging customers premium prices while delivering something completely different from what is advertised is misleading and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.!

I wish I had seen these reviews earlier; I would not have placed an order with this website. I placed an order for 8th March, 2026, between 7 pm-11 pm, and it said order out for delivery. When I go to track it, it basically says "sorry, page not found." It's currently 10 pm, and the order has been "out for delivery" for the last 3 hours. I've tried calling their support line listed on their website, and nobody seems to pick up. I highly doubt its being delivered. This absolutely sucks. ORDER# 17804850

"This is easily the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. The service on IGP.com is absolutely pathetic. They have no respect for timelines and completely failed to deliver on time, effectively spoiling my entire event.
The customer service is just as bad—they provided false delivery times and empty promises, showing zero accountability for their delays. The worst experience I ever had.
I received a call requesting the location for my delivery that never came.

To cut a long story short - I never recieved anything, and including an explanation or apologies. It’s 19th Feb.
The person on the customer support chat was arrogant, neglectful and unprofessional.
I barely leave any negative reviews but couldn’t skip this coz I’m honestly shocked how bad it is.
Save your money, your time and your nerve cells - don’t use them.

I had made an order for 14th Feb and on 17th I got mail that it was cancelled and refund will be made. Today on 18th I got another mail saying it's delivered but I haven't received anything yet. Could you please give me an update. If it's not delivered yet please cancel the order I don't want any refund just cancel it for god sake. Please don't deliver it anymore. Absolutely disappointed with my recent order.
I ordered a birthday cake with a delivery window of 4 PM – 11 PM. The live tracker kept extending the time with no explanation. There were no calls, no updates, and no communication from the driver or IGP.
The cake finally arrived at 1 AM — after the birthday celebration was over and everyone had gone to sleep. His excuse was “traffic.”The driver messaged saying he was outside and attempted to leave the cake outside the door. It was a food item, and leaving it unattended at 1 AM is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the wrong order was delivered and we had to call the driver back.
The cake itself was a huge disappointment. A “Vanilla Blueberry Bliss Cake” priced at AED 145 was essentially a basic vanilla cake with a few blueberries on top. The printed card was typed in tiny font and looked carelessly done.
I raised two complaints with IGP and was told “we will get back to you.” It has now been 5 days with no response.
Blaming this on a third-party vendor is not acceptable. As a customer, I paid IGP. The responsibility lies with them.
This experience completely ruined a birthday celebration. I would not recommend ordering from them.

I had a pathetic experience with IGP. I ordered a cake for Valentine’s Day, but instead of being delivered on 14th February, it arrived on 15th February at 9:00 PM, completely defeating the purpose of the occasion.
The customer service is horrible. The manager never answers calls and does not reply to WhatsApp messages at all. There is absolutely no accountability. This is not a one-time issue; every single order I’ve placed with IGP has been horrible and disgusting. Not a single order arrived on the booked date.
They show delivery slot availability, but once you place the order, the shipment conveniently gets “lost.” There is zero coordination or respect for the customer’s time and emotions.
The card printing facility is another joke. The text on the card is barely readable, completely unclear, and poorly printed. It’s a waste of time, money, and energy.
They very well know how to ruin special days. I would strongly advise others not to trust the IGP for important occasions.

Order number 17584682. Horrible service. Ordered 2 cakes for Valentine day the ended but the cakes were not delivered. They do not have toll free numbers made 7 chargeable calls not only they disconnect your calls on your face after putting you on hold. The executives and the manager both are bad in service. Never order from them. They have no credibility waited at home ruined our day just for a cake.

Placed an order as there was a 60-minute delivery promise. But there was no delivery, no update, nor were the calls and emails answered. This is a fraud.

IGP replies that the order has been delivered. Hope there was an option to upload screenshots of the apology emails and WhatsApp chats from 15 & 16 Feb. These guys are absolute liars and frauds. PS. I have not yet received my order or had it refunded.

This was the worst experience ever. The availability of time slot was from 11 am to 6 pm. And the flowers got delivered at 11 pm, which is 12 hours delayed. It was for a birthday and the flowers reached at the end of the day. This wasn’t as expected. If you can’t handle the load then you shouldn’t be taking orders. The WhatsApp chat bot is worst. It says it has connected you with someone from the team but it’s AI replies only. The customer care on phone was also worst experience. Never ordering.

Such a horrible customer service my whole office was forced waiting all day for a Birthday Cake, it’s was advised between 11am to 6pm and then when I called they said 3pm they said traffic issue and will reach 20 mnts. And the stupid customer service lady , unprofessional, irresponsible, illiterate trying to teach me about traffic in Dubai ( as myself living in uaevover 25yrs) it’s so disheartening and shame on you the whole team
