Très belle pousette facile à utiliser
La pousette est vraiment très belle et plutôt solide pas trop lourde ni trop légère et facile a manipuler pour ouvrir les verrous ou retirer les roues, par contre les housses sont difficiles a mettre j'ai eu du mal surtout enceinte sinon le service client est réactif j'avais mon châssis avec un verrou bloquer le nouveau châssis fonctionne parfaitement une pousette qui vaut son prix mais les fermetures et housses peut être a revoir (elle déraille facilement)

First contacted this company via WhatsApp on April 1st, regarding a faulty stroller. Still no resolution. WhatsApp os manned by a computer and keeps ending the chat.
Emailed to follow up. Still waiting. Stroller is useless to me, as its so hard to push. Resistance in the wheels, meaning you have to put a huge amount of effort into just pushing the stroller. I bought it for walking/running, but wouldnt be suitable for this the way it is now.
Updated to add - Lahara from Ickle bubba reached out and the issue has been resolved with a replacement being sent out.

Items I received are fine, customer service though, not so good
Items I received is fine, but there is an issue with one of them. Tried getting in contact with Ickle Bubba but unable to find a contact number. Having to deal with 1 email per day from them to attempt to sort it. tried WhatsApp, getting no response.

Unterirdischer Kundenservice – absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
Wir haben vor fast einem Monat einen faltbaren Hochstuhl bestellt, und seit knapp drei Wochen steht im Tracking unverändert „the parcel is in transit to its final destination“. Es passiert schlicht nichts.
Auf wiederholte Nachfragen erhalten wir ausschließlich standardisierte Antworten, die lediglich den ohnehin bekannten Status wiederholen. Anstatt sich aktiv um eine Klärung zu bemühen oder selbst bei DPD nachzufassen, wird die Verantwortung komplett auf den Kunden abgewälzt.
Ein solch passiver und desinteressierter Umgang mit zahlenden Kunden ist schlicht inakzeptabel.
Weder Transparenz noch Lösungsbereitschaft – stattdessen leere Floskeln und Stillstand.
Wir raten dringend davon ab, hier zu bestellen. Für uns definitiv das erste und letzte Mal.

Bought a bundle that we were excited to receive as we are expecting twins. However not everything arrived.
The process of having to try and contact any form of customer service is poor.
To this day still no email response.
Had to try various days to on their WhatsApp chat. They did send what was missing.
However…when opening up the car seat a few days later…the adapters were missing…

Great customer service received
My issue was dealt with my Francesca, Lahara and Tyler who were all incredibly helpful with solving my problem. I ordered a pram bundle in July 2025 and have recently discovered that one of the items was missing. All of the Ickle Bubba team worked to solve my issue by sending a replacement which was incredibly kind as the warranty window had passed. Thank you all very much for your kindness!

Absolutely LOVE it and would definitely recommend Ickle Bubba!
My friend showed me a picture of the pushchair I got. When I saw it I fell in love with it and just had to get it. It was an amazing price. My 10 month old son loves it. It is really lightweight, comes with everything you need and more, folds up well, and is small in size so doesn't take up too much space. It was also very easy to set up. Not a single fault with customer service, delivery or my sons pushchair. I would absolutely buy from Ickle Bubba again and I would definitely recommend their products based off my experience. LOVE IT!!!

J’ai recu la poussette Travel system très bonne poussette à l’ait de bonne qualité, à voir quand bébé naîtra. Néanmoins nous avons commander un système ISOFIX supplémentaire pour nos 2 véhicules, nous l’avons jamais reçu, pas de service client par téléphone uniquement par mail.

Worst experience
Worst experience , i placed an order on 31st Mar, Order status shows will be delivered by 1st April, and its 7th April today and the tracking number provided in the order is wrong. No customer care contact number. They have whatsapp chat service and I am waiting in chat for the agent no body respond , I now feel its a scam.
