Faulty shower screen and poor customer contact. Have been trying to speak to someone technical all day due to faulty product, waited for 1 hour to be told item had been fitted incorrectly (it hasn't), manufacturers holes were drilled in the wrong place. Have sent dozens of photos, still waiting for response. Have paid a professorial bathroom fitter for 2 days to fit, Very unhappy. Customer services refused to put me through to the technical person and said I need to email, despite me explaining now difficult it was to email the problem and explain the fault by email! Will not be using them again, ever. Its worth paying a few quid more knowing you will get aftersales support.

horrendous quality, service and compensation. Shower door exploded on my husband - and we ended up in A&E. incident was 21/04/18 and I am STILL awaiting payment for refund (they don't offer any goodwill gesture for length of delay/inconvenience etc) and it's now 20/08 - 4 months on. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. They also own SOAK - so stay away from them too - they are the same brands, same customer services etc etc!

Illuminated Bathroom Mirror

We bought this mirror as part of a complete bathroom refurbishment, which was completed 31st July 2018.
There is a tiny amount of mirroring missing in top left-hand corner. The protective packaging, particularly the corner protection, was left on till the very last moment, so this was not spotted.
The supports for the mirror are extremely flimsy and the light switch being rather stiff, the mirror moves every time the lights are switched on.
The lights are little more than decoration and extremely blue, but fortunately the bathroom is well lit with good LED downlighters, so the mirror lights serve little useful purpose.

All in all, we are pretty disappointed with the mirror. It's cheap and nasty and comments made via EBay to the seller Fresh_bathrooms (aka Ibathuk) have been ignored.

Do not buy from this or any related companies.

Orded a toilet pan TWICE and both had leaked , now i have to deal with customer service have now orded from victoria plumbing

If I could give it LESS I would. 4 days after ordering countless emails and telephone conversations I cancelled order after 1 item delivered and numerous not. Half order did arrive rest was going to be 6 days later I paid the extra to have next day delivery. It a farce DO NOT BUY FROM THESE.

Tried to call on numerous occasions, automated machine, after waiting over 30 minutes each time I hung up. Emailed them off the website requesting someone to call me regarding an order I wanted to place, again no reply. If they can not be bothered to answer an email, or call me back then shall take my custom somewhere else.

Very bad service

wish i had never brought from this company as the suite does not come with the necessary fittings, as in no waste for the sink or plug fittings .
The toilet system had to have a new float valve, as the one supplied was american screw size thread, so nothing would fit.
the shower that they sent was also faulty the fitting would not attach to the thermostatic control head as there was not enough thread for it to bite and just kept coming off .
i have spent over £300 trying to make right these issues.

This company is doing everything it can to keep almost £200 of my money with their scheming dishonest and fraudulent ways.

My original Amazon order was cancelled by them at their suggestion as they failed miserably with their delivery telling me the item was lost. They then replaced the order with one directly from them but they failed three times to deliver the item, the final time it arriving smashed to pieces.

I told them I want nothing more to do with them and so far they have said they have dispatched it again which was not requested by me or anyone. They have failed to make any refunds at all and will not answer their phones.
They are liars and cheats and I will pursue them to the full extent of the law.

Terrible service ,received a basin broken in2 pieces normally i would put that down to accident but when i opend the box there was ZERO protection or padding inside so that leaves me to think the company is cheap skate or a bunch of clowns work for them !!! total garbage and now slow response from
customer service

Purchased some column radiators, bathroom taps and shower fittings via Amazon. The delivery was good and on time. I had one question which the iBathUK service answered straight away. I would use them again.

ibathuk. We will never ever deal with this company again. They are not honest in their dealings and do not deserve to sell products thru Amazon. I shall request Amazon to stop having dealings with them because it will affect Amazons good standing. I am considering making a complaint to Trading Standards for false representation and taking this matter up with Resolver (part of Martins Money Saving Expert) so other customers are not fleeced like us.
There are much better and honest companies who deserve your business. Be aware this company has a number of different trading names. Suggest you check Trust Pilot first.

Ibathuk customer service is crap. Had an issue with a shower enclosure and all I got from ibathuk was" I've sent an email to our warehouse department someone will contact you within 5 days" ..... this was 15days ago...........so I've given up now and sorted it myself........STILL NO RESPONSE FROM IBATHUK.

IF YOU ARE AFTER COSTUMER SERVICE AND YOU HAVE BROUGHT SOMETHING............DO NOT USE IBATHUK

After placing an order for a full bathroom suite from ibath, i came across some awful reviews and thought....oh nooo. However, i have to say i have had excellent service. My delivery arrived on time. Comminication was spot on and i am extremely happy with my order. We have yet to fit the suite, but all looks ok so far and no items missing. Wouldnt hesitate to order from them again. They have been efficient and great value for money.

The bath mirror had dangerous sharp edges and was not of satisfactory quality and fit for the purpose. The item is not also CE and RoHS certified. It is very poorly and crudely made and should not be sold in EU and for that reason it is not CE and RoHs certified. The customer service is very poor and they find it very difficult to understand their own instructions. Cost me £12.79 to return the faulty. What iBarthUK sell is cheap rubbish complimented with their extremely poor customer service. They are very reluctant to refund me what I paid for the item. They have also refused to refund my return postage. This is the worst experience of a seller I ever have had.

As a bathroom fitter your Lyon back to wall pan is shocking and leaks from the spigot as it's so out of shape...avoid!!! then ordered a tap and have had no response in over a week after you sent the wrong item? will never use you again

I recently purchased from i bath, I asked for my item to be delivered to my parents address, unfortunate I had to amend the delivery address as my Dad was really Poorly - I gave them the postcode of my address and asked if that was ok, the lady assured me (after speaking to the courier company DX Couriers) that it was fine as it was 500 yards away.
on the day of delivery i recieved a tex saying" thank you for your order it has been signed by you and delivered) - i had been waiting in all day and had NO delivery!!, so therfore NOT signed for anything!!

after several phone calls with absolutely terrible customer service i bath and to DX Couriers I finally found out my delivery had gone to the total wrong address with a total wrong post code!!!
i tracked my order down as 1 mile away from my house, and sure enoough there it was in someone elses porch!!,
DX and i bath couldnt of cared less, telling me i'd have to wait 3 days for it to be picked up and re-delivered to the correct address!!,
as the parcel was a double shower enclosure it was pretty difficult for me to simply pop it into my car, I had to hire a van and arrange for it to be picked up at 6pm that night!!,.

absolutely terrible customer service from both i bath and the couriers they use,
there comments were " you call the couriers and arrange a another pick up",. i will never ever use them again, completely waste of time,.
took my money quick enough though, but basically refuse to deal with there total inadequacy.

Unfortunately one of the mirrors, although perfectly packed, arrived cracked. Keely in customer services immediately arranged a replacement which arrived in 24 hours. I thoroughly recommend this company with no reservations.
Well done iBath.....BRILLIANT!!

Ordered a toilet and sink unit for cloakroom. On delivery there were some issues with the toilet cabinet. Rang customer services and a new cabinet was delivered the next day.

I have been trying to chase a refund for an item returned 2.5 months ago.
The order was initially late by 2 months due to the parts not available (which was not mentioned when placing the order)
Now I have contacted them 6 times and every time I get told a different story! still no refund :-(
