I bought two sheepskin rugs from Hyde and Hare for the house. I was recommended by a friend to check out their products, glad I did. The rug quality was great, the ordering process was easy, and shipping was fast.

The cashmere socks were beautiful. Great colour and so soft just as described online.
They also arrived really quickly.

Ordered sheepskin, received confirmation it would be sent but received no sheepskin. Automated response to contact. Only got a response when I got my bank involved for fraud, at which point they said my msg had been in the spam!!!! Think they are fraudsters. Shame as website looks good.

Ordered an item 8th January 2 day delivery. Tried emailing and still no item or reply. Be very wary of ordering anything from here. I have now had to get PayPal involved.

I placed an order on December 14th (CST) that at the time of purchase was supposed to be delivered within 4 - 5 days via USPS air. I understand that during the holidays things can be delayed but I have contacted Hyde and Hare on 3 occasions via their website. I have provided my order number each time and they have failed to acknowledge the request for a delivery date. They replied with an automated email each time. No real investigation into the details nor a response to my inquiry. Customer service at this company sucks. My wife would have enjoyed this bag but for the money, I'll go back to a real luxury bag brand with concierge level customer service. Hyde and Hare has a niche market but looking into the reviews in arrears, I see that I am not alone.

Scam website. Ordered sheepskin. Not dispatched 7 days after ordering and not replying to emails. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Quality of product was below expectation for the price. Looked like I had made it. Difficult to return the footstool in the large box as the courier service they use collection points would not take the large box!! Took several attempts to different collection points for one of them to take it ...not fun. Also customer service take 2/3 days to reply to emails ...no number to call and speak to someone. Frustrating ...

I had been looking for some leather animal print belts. After days of searching I came upon this company. I researched them, but couldn't find any reviews. I cautiously decided to take a chance and order from their beautiful range of products. Their website is glamorous, easy to use and their products are stylish, beautiful and unique. I ordered on a Sunday and if it hadnt been for the Royal mail,would have received them 2 days later.
The belts both came in individual presentation boxes to keep them in.Also they each have classy dust bags to protect them. They are quality leather, you can feel and smell the quality. Also in the package was a handwritten envelope, with a card inside, which was a lovely individual touch. All round, I'm so impressed with this company!! The only surprising thing, is that they're aren't hundreds of positive reviews in them. I will definitely be buying from them again. A unique small British business. Five stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 all the way !!!
