I cant rate the customer service high enough for Hyde and Hare, Melissa has been so helpful with my exchange and the service has been quick and excellent.

Stunning product the best sheepskin I have bought!

The rug was packed in a cardboard box with no other packaging or an invoice.It was not sealed with tape and was slightly open.The rug was bundled in.When I unpacked it the reverse of the rug was covered in dirty marks,boot prints and damp patches.I received it on 8 November and immediately sent emails to various departments with photos,with no response.I don’t know how to return it.

Absolutely love my chocolate sheepskin rug from Hyde and Hare, which looks gorgeous draped over the back of one of our leather chairs. Now I’ve seen what fantastic quality they are, I’ll definitely be ordering more. Excellent communication and the rug arrived within a week. Totally recommend and I’m so happy with my purchase.

I am nothing less than obsessed with my gorgeous rug and cushion from Hyde and Hare. You can really see the thought and care that goes into their products as well as the brand itself. I'm a big fan of their sustainable ethos too, big thumbs up from me.

We absolutely LOVE our Hyde at home- it looks amazing in our living room and gives the whole room so much character- a beautiful feature! Piers was great from start to finish- a very personalised experience and we look forward to buying more from them in the future. Hyde & Hare is my ultimate guilty pleasure! Over the years, I’ve purchased numerous items and have never been disappointed. From bags and cushions to purses and a reindeer hide rug, and just today, a stunning round pouffe arrived. Their customer service is exceptional, and the packaging is the best I’ve ever seen (and I shop a lot!). I highly recommend them!

I was in search for a number of cowhides for my home but really wanted to see the colours and quality of the products in person. Hyde & Hare kindly organised for me to come and see a selection in their London office and guided me with recommendations on what would suit my home. I too am waiting for a refund several weeks after the not-so-luxury item was returned. I’ve had very little contact despite chasing repeatedly and have been fobbed off by someone called Elinn who has very poor grasp of the English language and customer service. I suspect this company may be in trouble and would advise against using them.

Really beautiful cushions; excellent quality

The products are fabulous quality. I’ve always loved sheepskin and my giant beanbag is so soft and cosy. Hard to keep the cats off it !! The reindeer rugs are also gorgeous to walk and sit on. Dealing with a small company is great because they pay attention to details and customer care. By the way , my handbag is a show stopper.

I absolutely adore all products! They are above and beyond in style and quality and bring warmth, class and beauty to my home! The service is 5* in every way.

Absolutely appalling. Avoid and look elsewhere!

We ordered a cowhide rug and paid in full. No tracking data was provided and nothing received so we contacted the company directly after four days of zero contact. They stated they "couldn't find" the rug in their warehouse and it begs the question what would they have done, had we not contacted them? Annoyingly, they also delete questions from their Facebook page.

In fairness, once it was found the rug
was with us the next day. As a result, a negative review was left and we were contacted several times to ask the review was revisited, with an offer of recompense. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time, so the offer of a gratis single sheepskin rug of our choice was given. The offer was accepted, a rug selected which we were told would be with us 23/08/2024.

Four days later.....once again, nothing. The company was contacted once again and we were told the sheepskin was out of stock.

With this in mind, we would urge anyone considering buying from this company, to think very carefully before doing so. Their internal and external communication is shockingly poor and never again will we entertain them. Even a partial refund of £50 was refused.

I have retained the exchange of emails, should this review be challenged by Hyde and Hare.

I ordered a cowhide pouffe and quatro sheepskin rug which have brought beautiful texture and warmth to my space – I love that I could choose the exact pouffe I would receive and the sheepskin rug is gorgeous. The quality is fantastic and it all arrived sooner than expected. I’ll certainly be ordering again soon for my holiday cottage.
