Great customer service, quick response time, very fast shipping, and wonderful products!

Wow what a find! I had been searching high and low for the right sheepskin… and then I happened upon Hyde and Hare - great products at great price. My purchase - a beautiful double step skin arrived with such care in is packaging making it so much more luxurious than it already felt - honestly those touches - which I won’t spoil are only from such beautiful small businesses like this - do it you won’t be disappointed- I’m eyeing up my second piece already

I’m absolutely thrilled with my shearling stool/table. Not only does it look super cool in my sitting room , but it combines being a perfect footstool for slobbing out and watching TV with providing an extra seat and a table for a tray with drinks etc.
It’s beautiful quality and light enough to move easily but weighty enough to be study. O yes and it feels GORGEOUS. Win win and thank you!

I recently purchased a white sheepskin rug and I’m absolutely in love with it! The rug is not only beautiful but also incredibly soft to the touch. The customer service was outstanding as well. I had exchanged an oyster rug for the white one, and Melissa was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was highly responsive and made the exchange hassle-free. I highly recommend this shop for both their quality products and excellent service!

Melissa was so amazing in helping me with sizing and care for my bean bag and was so responsive in organising a suitable delivery. I’ve been lounging in fluffy heaven ever since it arrived!

I was very lucky and won giveaway with Hyde and Hare. from that very first notification, their customer service was fantastic. The website is speedy and easy to navigate. The hardest thing was choosing what to spend my lovely prize on. the items arrived quickly and were beautifully packaged. the cashmere socks are gorgeously soft. I also ordered an agora rug, super soft sheepskin cushions and a purse and belt from the Calcott collection. All the items are beautiful, thank you very much. I'll be a returning customer for sure! x

Great service prompt response when beanbag wasn’t in stock initially still got sent out within a week and with a lovely free sheepskin rug. Ended up buying 3 more rugs! And beanbag is great too.

The quality and look of the purse is amazing. I bought it for my girlfriend. It did take a little bit to come in the mail but well worth the wait. Will be buying more items in the future.

What a great product. We have purchased other similar bags from other suppliers, none made as well as this one. We will definitely return for more. One note for those buying from the USA. It takes time to get through the mail system. Plan ahead!! I did not. The product bailed me out when she received it. You wont be disappointed.

There was a delay with supplying my Xmas order but the company was extremely helpful in sorting out the issue and kept excellent communication so I did not get anxious about whether the rugs would be ready in time ! They went above and beyond to help and made sure the rugs were Xmas wrapped and delivered by Xmas !! Would definitely use this firm again !

Beautiful products, we had a minor issue, however what’s worth pointing out is that the issue was dealt with incredibly well by Melissa and as a result we would recommend and use Hyde and hare again, brilliant service.

My husband ordered me 3 gorgeous items from H&H for Christmas this year. Unfortunately he had a bad experience with one item, having ordered it, paid for it, only to be told on 2 separate occasions that it was to be delivered, but then it turned out to not be in stock, so the order was cancelled in frustration and had to be reordered by a third party (who then got a discount). One of the other items, a belt, is unfortunately too small and so I am in the process of getting this exchanged. I did send an email on Friday and received a holding response, so I have initiated the exchange process myself on line. I’m hopeful that all goes well and I receive my exchange, but not having heard anything back as yet……will wait and see. Such a shame to post negativity on Customer Service, for a company that produces such excellent goods. I’ll let you know how it goes……. 🤔

Superb quality, speedy delivery, excellent packaging, fair pricing and first class customer service. Delighted with our sheepskin rugs and the friendly messaging. If only all companies could be this good.

I find it really difficult to find products with 100% natural fabric these days.
Hyde & Hare not only uses 100% natural material, but from sustainable sources.
My cashmere socks are really cosy and, with the right care will last forever.
My throw is made of 100% British wool and made by a family owned mill. I was so happy to find a company who produces stylish and timeless products with high quality material and craftsmanship rather than cut corners to increase profit. The fact they support small family businesses also means a lot to me.
