From the minute I made contact they where outstanding to deal with replying almost instantly. We brought our daughter to harry styles and they constantly kept us updates with everying..shout out to ciaran who I had dealing with always be prompt to get back and nothing was too much hassle..should highly recommend using them going forward I know I will definitely be using them..thanks to all who looked after us my daughter had an absolute ball for 18th birthday as a result

The hospitality centre has been nothing short of amazing and incredible for event tickets. From the first email I’ve been updated and informed of any changes or other offers.
I believe it was Adam I was speaking with and he’s spent the whole time going above and beyond to ensure I have the best experience possible. I picked my ticket type and we confirmed all the details before awaiting the date closer to the event, I then received the tickets and they wished me a wonderful time. I genuinely cannot recommend these guys enough for all they do to make this happen. I took my best friend to Harry Styles thanks to this amazing team and I will definitely be contacting again in future. If you feel like you’ve missed out please please email the hospitality team and let them know. I’m certain they’ll be able to help you in any way.

A positive experience
Service and communication when buying the tickets was excellent. Communication after buying tickets was less efficient with no replies to e-mails until I got in contact with Adam. As an individual he was really helpful. I will use their service again.

The Hospitality Centre
This is the second time I’ve now used the Hospitality Centre.
1st to see Benson Boone and 2nd Capital’s summertime ball. I’ve always had great seats and not really ever needed to worry about queueing up all the toilets food or drinks when you get to the venue, etc.
Would definitely recommend.

We love the Hospitality at The Chelsea but the food let it down this year!!
We love the Hospitality at The Chelsea Flower Show, this is about our 10th year attending with Hospitality. The booking process and help with this is great. The Show itself this year was probably the best we have attended.
The Hospitality Area and service were great.
Sadly we were very disappointed with the food. There were not enough Canapes to go around all the guests and the sit down meal was below par by a long way. We will still be going next year but hope the food will improve back to its historic standards.

I was particularly impressed recently when the major event I had booked was cancelled and they responded pro-actively and professionally.
