First class concert ticketing experience!
Fantastic customer service from Adam at the Hospitality Centre. After trying unsuccessfully on multiple days to obtain BTS tickets on Ticketmaster, I sent an enquiry to the Hospitality Centre asking about hospitality packages. Adam explained all of the options, answered all of my many questions with great patience, and helped me with the payment process. Booking was very easy and the experience at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on the evening of the concert was exceptional. We had great seats, access to merchandise and the facilities were close by and easy to access before during and after the show. Highly recommend!

First time using the Hospitality Centre
I used the Hospitality Centre for the BTS concert and had a really good experience. Booking and paying was quick and easy and everyone I spoke to was really helpful. Adam was especially great and always took the time to answer my questions.
My only suggestion would be to give a clearer idea of when tickets will be sent. I know that’s down to the stadium but it was a bit stressful not knowing exactly when to expect them since our event was on a Monday. When I got in touch about my tickets, the dispatch team were amazing and got back to me really quickly.
I’d definitely recommend the Hospitality Centre and will happily use them again.

Exceptionally Professional Service
I found the booking experience was incredibly efficient with exceptionally professional and prompt communication.
My ticket was securely delivered to my requested recipient's email in a timely fashion and without issue.
The box seat offered a superb view and the area was incredibly comfortable.
Slightly disappointed that no little snacks or soft drinks were included, given it was a hospitality package, but that did not detract from the overall experience.
All-in-all I was thrilled and would not hesitate to use again. Thank you.

First time using hospitality- what a great decision!
This was our first time using the hospitality. Initially, I spoke with Adam who, once he had my details, issued the invoice to secure the booking. A couple of weeks before the event, the dispatch team confirmed names. Ciaran was equally helpful and explained , via email, they do have to wait for the venues to release the tickets before they can dispatch them. There was always someone to talk to and emails are answered very quickly. It also completely changes the experience at the venue. We were at Tottenham for the BTS concert in 30 degree heat. We were able to enjoy the 2 hours before in the air conditioned bar, and were also able to have another drink after the concert needed. The seats were EXCELLENT! It was a fabulous experience from beginning to end and will definitely do this again! Many thanks to all.

VIP hospitality tickets
They helped me secure Hospitality VIP tickets for the Tottenham venue. I initially expected the seats to be within the first five rows since they were VIP tickets, but they ended up being in Row 17. Despite that, the seat location was excellent and the view was amazing.
Communication throughout the process was easy, they were very cooperative, and they responded quickly to all my questions. A special thank you to Adam for all your help. I would definitely use their service again in the future!

My Hospitality Centre Experience for the BTS Concert
I booked through Hospitality Centre and had a great experience overall. The booking process was smooth, although waiting for the ticket dispatch and not knowing the seat allocation until close to the event was a bit nerve-racking.
