Our experience started very well thanks to Jenna, who was always supportive and clear. Since November, we had been reassured multiple times that completion would be around mid March.
Once the house was signed off, we were suddenly told by Hopkins’ head office that completion needed to happen at the end of February. This was never communicated earlier, despite our ongoing discussions, and has created unnecessary financial pressure, and a complete disruption of our original plan.
What made it more frustrating was that no one from the sales management team contacted us directly. With Jenna on leave, we had no support, and the sudden change of date felt completely out of line with everything previously agreed.
A disappointing end to what began as a very positive experience.

Once we were in, we had a few snagging items, however Jamie and Luke have been very attentive and very efficient in getting these resolved. They're both very visible around the site and have kept us informed of the progress with our items. Luke was especially great during some bad weather, where we had a leak, he quickly came up with a solution which sorted the issue out promptly.
Excellent leadership across the site from Luke, which is shown with the positive attitude from the rest of the team.

Nothing has been too much trouble for the on-site Sales Manager in terms of conducting viewings on the development, explaining timings and choices of finishes, and guiding me through the plethora of information which is provided once one has reserved a property. I have been impressed by the build quality I have seen so far and by the extent of the inspection visits which I am told will take place before completion and hand-over. The development itself is well laid out, not cramped nor crowded, and well furnished with green spaces. I look forward to taking possession of my new home in a few months' time. Everything so far has been customer-focussed.

Luke and Jamie have been very attentive and helpful at sorting any issues (although these were minimal) and have made the moving in journey very smooth.

We placed a deposit on a bungalow under construction late summer subject to a sale of a property in the Midlands. Sadly we aborted this to Christmas but through out The Elms sales person Jason Hutton has been outstanding dealing with our numerous queries. He is an excellent representative of the Hopkins Company. Thank you Jason so sorry our purchase fell through.

Matt at Barsham Vale made us very welcome and explained the process well.

From start to finish, my experience with Hopkins Homes at Church View (Bramford, Suffolk) has been outstanding.

This was the purchase of a new-build 3-bed semi-detached home, and every stage of the process was handled with care and professionalism. From the initial sales discussions and answering questions before and after reserving the plot, through the conveyancing process, the new home demonstration, moving in and final handover — everything was smooth and well managed.

What really stood out was the after-sales support. Any significant snags were dealt with quickly, usually within 24–48 hours, and follow-ups to resolve the remaining minor cosmetic issues were handled just as efficiently.

I’d especially like to mention Kim in the site sales office, along with Georgina and Andy from the site team, who were all instrumental in making the whole experience so pleasant and stress-free.

My last new-build home purchase was back in 2000 with a large national developer, and this experience was on an entirely different level — far more caring, responsive and professional.

Five-star service all round, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hopkins Homes.

My experience with Kim at Church View has been nothing but perfect after I lost a property with another Developer in the area. Kim has always kept me UpToDate with the progress of my new build and I cannot wait to move into a Hopkins Home knowing that I will also get the same support.

Jason has been absolutely phenomenal with supporting us on our journey to purchase our new home! He has always been able to answer all our questions, guide us in the right direction and really puts our needs first. Hopkins are known for their exceptional detail and quality of homes, and this extends to their consultants who really care about what they do and care for everyone they come into contact with! Really excellent help from Matthew Jones at Barsham Vale. We visited two home developments but Matt’s professional in depth review of the Hopkins homes houses, quality and options made the competitors offering look nowhere near as exciting. He really made it easy for us to pick our new home and pay our reservation fee. Looking forward to our new life in Beccles

My partner and I are currently in the process of purchasing our first home and now just a week away from completion! We chose a Hopkins Home property and we have been highly impressed with the detail and dedication on getting our home to the best possible standard. Having Kim as our point of contact has been amazing, she's has always given us time to answer any questions that we have had and helped us to make this process as smoothly as possible.

Worst experience ever, cancelled sale when we were ready to exchange contracts. Their solicitors refused to reply to my solicitors at the very end of the process. No consideration for people, my daughter was due to move schools when the deal was cancelled very late in the process. Completely waste of time, with lives disrupted and with significant financial impact. This people is not serious. In the end I am very happy the deal did not go ahead, so thank you Hopkins Homes for all the mess you created. Not now, not ever to buy a house from you.

I visited 4 Hopkins Homes sites in search of my perfect property. I eventually managed to secure a new home in Stowmarket. Carolyn was super helpful and was always able to give me responses about the home. I was given all the information that I needed and any additional information that I asked was provided to me.
Carolyn has been flexible to show me, family and friends around at short notice and again answering any question.
The quality of my new home and finishing touches have been excellent. The overall site finishing touches and landscaping works well with the existing surroundings. Really impressive and a great experience.

My partner and I have recently purchased in church view Bramford and we are highly impressed by the quality of their homes and incredibly helpful team.
