disgustinly overpriced wrong order ,wrong description of food and extremely extortionate for what I received, appalling and will advise every one I speak to too avoid it at all costs, !

Not bad food, the quality is okay.

My daughter is gluten free, what a refreshing change to go in a restaurant that accommodates this. Lovely food and great service

I order frequently from the Manchester restaurant. The burgers are exceptional, very tasty and fresh. Wait times are only ever long on peak nights. The rosemary salted chips are to die for and the service is always friendly. Would highly recommend ordering from here, definitely the best burger place in Manchester.

Do not order from the new Croydon branch. My boyfriend and I ordered food on Valentines Day through Deliveroo so of course, we were expecting a slight delay. However, waiting 2 and a half hours for a branch that is 10 minutes from us to only receive soggy and stone cold food is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the driver just dumped it on our doorstep and ran up the stairs before we could say anything.

They weren't even offering collection otherwise we could have avoided this situation completely. I searched high and low for some kind of contact number but it turned out the branch we ordered from had NO contact details to be seen. I finally got in touch with Deliveroo during the wait who told me they were still waiting for a driver although we'd had one assigned to us within the first 20 minutes? I recognise that Deliveroo is partly to blame, but to let the food leave the restaurant the way Honest did is the worst I have ever experienced. The mere £5 compensation they offered me does not cover the sheer disappointment and frustration of wasting £39.

If you want to enjoy their food, go to their branches when they are open again. I'm not sure I will be after being treated like this

On the 24/12 at noon i placed an order for collection in Honest Burger Tooting on the website for 1.30pm.
At 1.30 i show up and the restaurant is quiet, but the manager Monica sitting at a table with her back facing customers area doesn't notice me for at least 5 minutes.
Following that, she sees me and says she already knows what I ordered, the veggie xmas burger, but that they don't have it and they "don't know how it could have worked on the website" and that I "can have anything else instead"
I have never received such a poor service in my life. Ive been working in that kind of business, I know it's not always possible to temporarily amend the website with stocks, but it's absolutely unacceptable that the manager herself did not even bother to call me to inform me/offer to cancel my order and so I dont have to travel fo nothing.
I told her that I did not want anything else and I left.
10/02 and I still haven't got a refund for this burger I never had.
I will never order again.

Used portobello road branch and they really looked after us after asking for a well done burger (for pregnant woman).

Would recommend the rosemary fries.

Tried to order via deliveroo, having just spoken to the restaurant, but seems they have stopped taking orders, despite the fact it is only 8.20pm and no mention of this on the call. Very disappointing, will order elsewhere instead.

Ordered a vegan burger with chips, gravy, coleslaw and an extra chips. Waited 90 minutes as the time kept getting pushed back, received a meat burger with fries, the rest of the order was missing - Tooting branch. I’d recommend any other burger place!

I've never had a bad order from the liverpool branch.... Every fricking time its a perfect burger. God damn geniuses.

The food is absolutely gorgeous! The Reading store always have an excellent choice of burgers and their chips and sauces are delicious! Can’t recommend them enough

Made my birthday a few months ago a million times better!

Brilliant food (I love the veggie burgers) , cool restaurant and staff were brilliant! Even though the Chiswick London branch we’re busy, they were fabulous! We waited a little longer than expected for our food and the staff member (Alex I think) gave us our meals for free. We appreciate costumer service like this and definitely return!

Hands down the best burger I have ever eaten. All branches that I have tried (Warren street, Oxford Circus and Dalston) had consistently good service and quality food.

My kid and I love this place, they are honest indeed!! Good value for money and decent service

Soho branch is the best one,expect a queue around the usual times.
