I have never heard of this company…
I have never heard of this company before. I do not know what they do and I do not care. They have somehow acquired my email address, which I have never given to them, and they incessantly send me emails. The unsubscribe button in their emails opens a page that says "user not found" and does nothing to stop their spam. I urge others to report this company as fraudulent.

Ordered groceries online
Ordered groceries online. Not one of the items were in stock. Driver took photo of available items so all were substituted. Why are they shown online for me to tick only not to be available?
NO DRIVERS UNABLE TO DELIVER TWICE
Tried at 5pm and no drivers waited will 6.30pm then cancelled , tried again and same thing, appauliing never known this before perhaps they just cannot get the staff? in the past been expensive as goods more than the shop price but it is emergency convenience i suppose. COULD DO MUCH BETTER.

Should be zero stars, I've been a driver for them for over 4/5 years. Non payment after a delivery is very very common and an absolute nightmare to get sorted with their utter trash customer services I assume some cheap AI by how bad it is. They then pass the buck by trying to blame the bank and Unipass their payment provider it's not those that are responsible it's beeliveey itself is the issue.
I'm owed money from order 3707410 completed on the 2/04/2026.
They will be reported for the non payment and will be reported for the way they deal with the problem. It used to be great platform to make a bit of side money but it's gone downhill so rapidly it's almost impossible to use anymore.

Ordered some materials from wickes as I couldn't fit the plasterboard in my car. Got charged a hefty premium to do so, then the driver shows up with half the order, no plasterboards. The driver then informs me that he had to go get his van to get them and he would return. I thought I would double check with beelivery just in case. Which they confirmed that I wouldn't be getting the plasterboard and all they could do was refund me for the missing items. So in the end I got charged close to £60 for 5 corner beads and a bag of multi finish plaster. Which I could of collected myself. Don't use this company, worst customer service I've ever had!
Highly recommended service
I have received consistently excellent service from Beelivery over several months during which temporary limited mobility has led to me relying on delivery services.
Orders have arrived on time, and have been as requested (or with sensible replacement items), and drivers have always been friendly and professional.
Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. Ride drivers. Extremely long waiting times. Massively overpriced. There are so many companies that do the same thing but far far better than this joke of a company. Ive not uses them for years. I actually thought they'd gone out of business due to how appalling they are. Its only because over the past few months I have been bombarded with emails from them I knew they were atill a thing. DO NOT USE THIS APPALLING SERVICE. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I now use a fantastic company called gopuff. They are fast reasonably priced and friendly. Everything beelivery wiahes it was.
Beelivery do not pay their drivers - Part 2
This is a formal record of a repeated non-payment issue.
I completed a delivery on Christmas Eve which was accepted, collected, and delivered correctly. The order showed as completed within the app and no issue was raised by the customer. Despite this, the payment has not been made.
This is not an isolated incident. Previously, I was told a completed delivery “did not happen” and was accused of being a disgruntled ex-driver who had likely been banned. Only after leaving a public review was I contacted by an operations manager who apologised and paid the outstanding amount along with £15 compensation, confirming the delivery had in fact taken place.
The current situation is identical: a completed delivery, no payment, and unhelpful responses from support. This indicates a concerning pattern of disputing legitimate completed work until public pressure is applied.
Drivers should not have to repeatedly prove work already evidenced within the platform’s own records in order to receive payment. Failure to pay for completed contracted work is unacceptable.
Unless this matter is resolved promptly, I will pursue recovery of the outstanding payment through formal channels.

I bought 2 items. I only needed 1 of them, but I needed to reach the minimum spend. The driver called me and said 1 item wasn't there. The one I needed.
There was a discussion about a substitute. I said no, don't worry about it and immediately went to the live chat to cancel. I noticed the driver was still coming and I called him to say its been cancelled. They assured me, the order was cancelled and I'd be reimbursed. Total was 42 pound. I used 10 off voucher so 32. They then tried to give me back 4.88 from the item that wasnt even available in the store. Multiple emails back and forth, they kept repeating that they could release the 4.88. Obviously, I was trying to say the order was cancelled, how can you charge me for items I didn't receive? They then said it was delivered! I called the driver who said it wasn't delivered and they should already know this! I've used this site a few times, even though it's quite expensive.
This has put me off for life!
The customer service was disgraceful. The amount of copy and paste repetitive answers. Trying to make out that 4.88 was doing me a favour! I'm going to make an official complaint, if this isn't resolved.
Convenient and reliable
I like the convenience and there are the regular drivers who collect my order that are friendly and trustworthy. It is expensive but for people like myself who can't always get out due to I'll health, it's a godsend.
