they told me they didn't have the screws in stock the problem is I ordered them online to the store that's why marked it down because of the fact that a manager and a member of staff didn't know what they were doing

Customer service was excellent. I collected from store and the person who served me was brilliant!! She was efficient, helpful and friendly. It makes such a difference and I left the store feeling happy.

The item was exactly as I expected and ready to collect.

I ordered to click and collect. A staff member from the Penge branch contacted me in relation to a choice of item as the came in different colours. As i was unable to decide she very kindly put both items aside until i came to collect allowing me the option to view. Very helpful

Speed of online order and click-and-collect was very good. The in-store customer assistants were really friendly and efficient when I went to pick the item up. I was really pleased that I could collect so quickly and in my local area (inly .5 mile away) as it was really stormy and murky outside.

Ordering on line was very easy. The order was ready collect when I arrived about 90 min later

The store manager was so helpful when assisting me to purchase my new appliances. The staff went above and beyond for me and I couldn’t be more grateful. The prices are reasonable and very competitive. The Penge store is very neat and tidy which made it very easy for me to find my items.

There isn’t a clear system to separate queues for click and collect from general shoppers. Poor communication from till staff and signage

Kumar went above & beyond to help us today! We checked online if certain items were in stock & travelled 13.5 miles to the store. Items weren’t on show but he knew where the stock was
& managed to get these for us (christmas presents) before a store delivery arrived which would have made things very difficult!! Thank You so much! All the staff were lovely too!

Went all the way there and they had sold the items. Extremely frustrating experience

I have always bought my real Christmas tree at Homebase. We pre-ordered our usual 6-7ft one on a Black Friday deal. On collection, the tree was already wrapped so no chance to see it, but once we got home we realised how scrawny it was. Lacking branches and nowhere near as lovely and bushy as usual. We debated returning it but it was far too much hassle once it was unwrapped, so we’ve made the best of it. But I can’t help but think you used the Black Friday deal as an opportunity to get rid of the worst trees in stock. In which case, please state this so people don’t feel disappointed at such a central part of their Christmas
