Homebase - Fareham Anmeldelser 

We decided to go to Homebase to enquire about a brand new bathroom and glad that we did. From start to completion the expertise and professionalism has been second to none. Thank you to Faith - the designer, product guider and organiser; Mike and his amazing team - the builders, tilers, floor layer and tidy uppers. Amazing and would strongly recommend them all. We have a beautiful, amazing bathroom.

Went to buy a CO2 alarm. Only one on the shelf which
was an empty box and said on box "Please speak to a Team Member to purchase this product". Could not find anyone so went to checkout. Person there said that she had to go out the back to find it. Took ages and then she came back with wrong one and had to look for it again. Eventually found it , put it through till and came up with £27 but the shelf said £22. After another delay i was told that the shelf price was wrong but they would sell it to me for £22. Not a very rewarding experience. very inefficient system to find product , not enough staff, and too much delay for which did not even get an apology. Will think twice before going back.

Quick service. Offered to take products to car.

Claire was really helpful, guided me to the right products for my painting job. Also helpful tips getting the paint job done properly; I feel inspired and can't wait to start. Friendly and professional. I'll be back here instead of B and Q. Thanks Claire

I was also helped by Claire and Mike W who were also great, treating me with kindness, patience and respect and being very helpful.

Found what I wanted online, did click and collect and served by friendly staff.

Ordering was easy enough, collection too, but no sign of the 4x Nectar points I was promised, in fact, no indication at all that even the normal nectar points have been awarded.

Easy to reserve and pay for item online. Item was ready for collection very quickly. Product works well and is good value for money
