Homebase - Fareham Anmeldelser 

Second time ordering online for click and collect. I got a phone call from Claire who informed me one of the items I ordered was not in stock now but they have give me the item but next size up at no extra cost. I picked up the items this evening and it was so simple to do. So thankful to Claire for her help and keeping me informed. I’ll definitely recommend Homebase to others based on this experience :)

Sales Rep worked hard to get the order delivered but was unable.
Odd but he did his best.
Took 2 trips to collect - actually 2 cars at once as daughter in law kindly offer to use her car to accompany me.
Some of the deck tiles looked a bit battered, they are for cover on an old decking l laid about 12 years ago.
They also differ in weight (noticably) and give an uneven effect.
Not sure I'm sold on ghrm but hoping shuffling them around will resolve my differences. I'll let you know.
Botton Line - get delivery for these large 80cm x 90cm panels sorted please.

Met such a helpful member of staff in the Fareham Homebase. Trina could not do enough to help and went over and above with our spa needs. Thank you Trina!

Came into the tire to buy some plants. Hilary in the garden centre found exactly what we needed really quickly. Excellent service and couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you!

Claire who was the assistant that contacted me to inform me of issues with split bags when she was getting order ready, when I went to collect order Claire had got all bags repacked for me and arranged discount.
Claire is a true ambassador to Homebase, she has gone above and beyond to help, a credit to the company, well done Claire…

Ready within a few mins and all on a trolley waiting for me to collect.

Cindy who works on the Help Desk was a wonder she found a replacement mono block tap, that previously we had been told was no longer available. Well done to Cindy you are a Gem.

Got the product delivered though a courier , only to find one of the fence paint tins has a,split in it

We were looking for some outdoor furniture and Mason was really helpful . He asked if we needed help with anything . He called another store and checked availability of something we wanted . Went above and beyond to help and he opened a till to serve when there were people waiting to pay .

popped into the garden centre at Fareham to peruse and purchase a pair of pots!..whilst there I pondered on perennials!..I was attented to by Hilary as i had a few questions..she was very knowledgable and informative..a great friendly service!.. thankyou

It is always a pleasure to visit this store meeting staff who are always pleasant, helpfull and with a friendly smile. I hope the management are able to appricite the value for the business to have good staff. The only problem I have with this store is that the toilet failities now seems to be for staff only and that prevents me for using this store more frequently as I have a terrible prostate problem and are on medication but at times I am in need of using a toilet urgently so at times I have gone to Asda to purchase plants and other items that are available at Asda, Tesco or Sainsbury as I can not risk having urine flowing down my trouses and shoes shopping at Homebase so I would like to have this issue forwarded to the management at this store and then the staff so someone can inform me if I can use the toilet.

Have to say first off that Gemma and Trina were exceptionally helpful running around the store trying to find the correct cover for my BBQ. They both remained cheerful throughout. Customer service was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend this store.

Although only half an hour before closing time, staff were extremely professional and polite. I asked a young man named Mason about a specific product which he kindly directed me to. At the till, I was served by Kai who advised me that it was ‘buy one, get one half price’ on my item so I then went back and bought another one.
Given that both members of staff were young, I received amazing customer service and I told them that! I hope they are recognised by the company in some way.

At the Homebase in Fareham Trina was a great support in mixing up paint for us, and giving us sage advice over some paint items which were invaluable in a DIY paint project! A great help!!

Very easy process, communication excellent and able to collect within 30 mins of ordering.
