Janet is brilliant. She is friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and has great ideas to make the most of your kitchen plan. Nothing is too much trouble and her and she is a credit to the company. I would highly recommend Janet to anyone.

Items delivered but not to my house. Where is my delivery?

Ordering from the website was very straightforward. Got a message later that afternoon to say that it was ready for collection. Went in this morning and within 2 minutes my purchase was brought to me. Excellent service all round. Thank you.

Wrong items were picked for collection. But assistant in the shop were very helpful and got the correct items brought from store. I was only expecting to take a few minutes to collect order but obviously took much longer, maybe check item number next time.

Went to collect a keter shed from Dumfries Homebase, touch and go whether it would fit in my car, Phil brought it out for me and together we pushed and pulled, even had to remove some packaging and take out three panels, it then slid in, but we then had the problem of getting the three panels into car, same again,we pushed and pulled, Phil suggested removing headrests and we got them in. Couldn't have done it without his help so big shout out to Phil, excellent customer service

Got the tools I was looking for. Only issue is having to include new charger and battery as I already have 6 from others in the powerbase range. Why no option to buy tool alone?

I recently bought a garden shed from you. There were a few problems, due to my queries over confusing pricing, and delivery. Consequently the business took quite some time. However, the staff member, Annabella, went above and beyond to help. I didn't think service like that still existed - I see so much of the opposite these days. Her colleague Ziggy also was exemplary.
