A massive thank you to Annabelle in the Dumfries store. Excellent service from start to finish.

The lady (Molly) who helped me with my click and collect order was very patient and kind. I was struggling with my phone to see the order and she went out of her way to sort it. Excellent customer service.

I wanted to write two separate reviews but Trustpilot wouldn’t let me.

Phil was very helpful and mixed the exact paints I asked for. He was friendly and allowed me to collect a few other items while he mixed the paint. It was very quick and easy.

I went in to to collect my order and was back in the car within 5 minutes.
The customer assistant was very friendly and gave first class service.

Today I went in to the Dumfries store to have some paint mixed and was lucky enough to be served by Annabella.

She was so friendly and helpful. I wasn’t having the best day before I arrived at the store but after chatting with Annabella I left in a much better mood.

She also took her time to show me the colours and ensure I was happy with them etc.

We needed 4 pots of paint in custom colours. Phil came over just off us his lunch break and was really patient talking us through and checking everything.

One of the best instances of customer service I’ve ever had.

Anna Bella was extremely helpful and friendly. A perfect example for any staff member anywhere.

Easy. Paid for online, got an email when ready. Went to the collection point and was handed over what I'd ordered, in a box, for easy carrying. I'm pregnant and the lady offered to help me to the car. Excellent service!

Thank you to Phil who served me at the paint mixing area in Dumfries. He was friendly, helpful and informative. Thanks also to the manager who kindly gave me 20% discount because the paint is for New Abbey Primary. ☺️

While buying some paint the wife and I were very impressed by the help one of the staff gave us. Annabella was very attentive, polite and made us feel very much at home. Definitely 11 out of 10.
