Amazing site so easy to do even for non tech people. Very reasonable for money cheaper than sending paper invites and environmental friendly. Highly recommend for any occasion

I loved using sayi.do, we used it for all our communications and invites. Great templates and easy to use. sometimes the emails go into spam which is the most annying thing but cant be helped.

Absolute trash wedding website. Okay, I purchased this website to enable me to plan my destination wedding in Croatia. It has been several months since I signed up for this and Croatia was on the list allowing for SMS correspondence to my guests. Then all of a sudden I tried to send updates and add a few more guests to our guest list and Croatia is no longer supported with this app and now I have to contact everybody and ask them for their email addresses. Absolutely embarrassing and such a disappointment when planning a wedding to have to go through hurdles like this. Find a better app and save yourself the trouble.

Free website, easy to set up and contained what we needed it to, well used by guests. Many options to pay for extras but we managed with just the free elements and it worked out great for us.

Great website for sending out invites and details. Very easy to navigate and the help service through the chat feature was great with very prompt replies! Definitely recommend to everyone!

What a brilliant platform. Had all we needed and more even on the basic plan.

Making our wedding website was so easy and it turned out so professional looking. We were able to customize every little detail. We ended up paying for some of the upgraded options but even the free version is better than other options we explored.

Wedding guest engagement became easy and looked professional. Creating our wedding website was simple and allowed us to share all of the information we wanted with our wedding guests. The RSVP feature was simple to use and made working out who was coming very easy for us and our invited guests. We chose to make a bus available and used Say I Do to find out who wanted to use it and then share the bus details with those who said yes.

Website isn’t that great if I’m honest names got lost and although paying for the full
Service they were still requesting for money to do other things. Greedy

Easy way to design the website and add or remove parts. Very nice way - all our guest highlighted how personal the Website is and easy way to add links for locations or hotels. We can recommend it 100% - good value for money and choice of tool

The website was a breeze to navigate, gorgeous templates and the checklist was great. The toggle feature for different aspects of the event was awesome too.

Overall, I was quite happy with the functionality of the website. We paid for the platinum package for the additional features, because sadly the free and standard versions didn't have the ability to have per-event RSVPs. Upgrades are not massively expensive though and I did find that having everything in one place saved a lot of headaches later on, so I think the $150 was worth it for us.

Things I liked:
- Guest list function - including easily seeing dietary requirements and being able to invite people to only one event or both
- The ability to generate QR codes (we used one on our printed invitations)
- Easy to view summary dashboard
- Good variety of design choices for the announcements/thank you cards/website, with some nice, elegant options.
- The checklist. Not everything on the checklist was relevant, but it did remind me to apply for a marriage licence! It's so easy to forget things that seem obvious when planning a wedding, so it was nice to have some reassurance that I hadn't missed anything critical.

Things that were decent, but I think could be improved:
- Viewing the wedding website as a guest looked nice, and it was easy to fill out the content, but I didn't like that all of the information was on one long page and guests sometimes had to scroll through all of the photos and other info to find what they were looking for. I think it would be better to have a small menu with section on the left of the page so guests could easily see and navigate to the relevant information.
- The ability to leave the email address section blank when adding vendors would be useful. Some of mine had phone numbers but no email address, so I had to make up a random one just to save the other details.
- Being able to design and send announcements to specific or all guests was great, but when selecting people to send it to it would've been useful to have two separate lists of names - those attending the ceremony only, and those attending the ceremony and reception.
- Considering how common it is for weddings to need per-event RSVPs, it would've been nice to see this option as part of ALL upgrade packages.

Overall, I would recommend this website to other people if they are willing to pay for the premium or platinum package. Hope this is useful feedback. Thanks!

This has been amazing so far. This site is so easy to use and offers so much value. The checklist, the guest list, the announcement cards, the website - all are wonderful. I would definitely recommend this to any couple planning their wedding. It is a one-stop shop for everything wedding.

We loved most things about this website, the only issue we had was people not receiving the save the date and invitation. Which made it very painful I had to send out individual invites. Your IT guys should do some work on this issue

Clunky, extremely poor support, severely limited function to edit invites, bait & switch - advertised as free but had to pay which i found out only AFTER i had uploaded the ENTIRE guest list & emails.

I sent in a list of questions for support yesterday for our wedding website approximately 24 hours ago; unfortunately I have found the website to be very clunky:

- it doesn’t show examples or notes as to what will be included per invite on send out- for example; if I include one email for a family does the email invite include all members if I only populate the email for the first attendee? Does it send once or multiple times if I include an email in each box for each attendee within a family.

- if there’s a couple, does the invite include the second attendee in the couple if I only populate the email for the first attendee? Does it send once or multiple times if I include an email in each box for each attendee within a family.

The invitations; one of the key parts of our wedding website and a really frustrating experience.

There’s limited options to edit invites; font, font colour, formatting, layout. Once you decide to try out another invite, the prior one is binned.

There was one option to print out an invite; however there was no print button. Are you able to log in to our profile & provide steps. There doesn’t appear to be an option to download & the arrange printing separately which would be amazing for grandparents to be able to post too.

We also paid for premium support. It’s now 24 hours and I’m chasing.

I also searched for a free website, entered all the information, our ENTIRE guest list & emails, before the pop up saying we needed to pay - so to be honest, this felt like a real bait & switch.

We’ve paid for the platinum option but given the issues would like to downgrade to the middle option. Please refund to our card directly and address issues above asap.

Our wedding is a precious, milestone experience but to be honest the amount of vendors that do not treat it as such, provide a poor/frustrating service and take full advantage is extremely disappointing.
