Nice car but agency didn't really seem interested in cleaning the car or really checking it out. When I rented the car there was a nail in the tire. had to have the tire repaired at my expense.

Excellent Hertz representatives
Excellent Hertz representatives at the location. Top notch service. 1 star deducted cause vehicle wasn't washed when picked up and had a difficult time driving with spotty/dirty windshield, and side mirrors so I had to pull over and cleaned them myself at the gas station.

Easy in and out car rental with friendly team
By far the best experience I've had with a car rental place, anywhere. I rent regularly and won't go anywhere else. Ron and the team at the Beach Blvd Hertz are fantastic! The car is always ready when I arrive, they try as best as possible to have my preferred model available, and it's always clean. They also do a great job of taking care of the pre-check photos and registration prior to my arrival so I can be in and out quickly. Even faster is the drop-off. It usually takes less than 1 minute to drop-off, which is crazy fast! And this happens like clockwork every time I go. I've been to a lot of rental companies and locations all over and this one tops them all.
