The representative at Hertz in Dovet helped me during a very difficult time. The vehicle i had reserved online was not available when I arrived but she was extremely resourceful patient and helpful in finding a solution. Her outstanding customer service was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Our Company’s experienced with Hertz…
My Company experienced with Hertz Rental car has been superb. The customer service is outstanding!!! Courtnee goes above and beyond to make sure we are treated with outstanding customer service. Every Employee at that location provides great customer service. We will definitely refer others to Hertz car rental.

The agent, Courtney, was great as usual. She had my vehicle waiting at the door, as I had called to advise I would be arriving later than anticipated. There was a white Nissan waiting, that was very dirty on the outside. When asked about a car wash, she immediately advised that she would be out to set the code. I was able to drive off the lot and head to my great aunt’s 99th birthday celebration with a clean vehicle. (A previous renter had smoked in the vehicle, so I had to air it out and get another air freshener, but that was beyond her control!). Awesome gas mileage!!!
