Hello Laundry Anmeldelser

What an amazing and easy experience it was for me to get my duvet cleaned with this place. Thank you for making my job at home easier! It means a lot to me. I am now booking my next duvet cleaning again today!

Positives:
- simple to use
- clean quality was fine
- emailed to advise change in delivery/pickup time

Negatives:
- pickup was delayed by several hours. However they did email in advance to check this was OK. And it did not ultimately delay delivery.

I had a terrible experience with this laundry service. They were consistently late for both the pickup and drop-off, forcing me to reschedule multiple times. I was only informed that the driver would be several hours late after having to chase them up. When my laundry finally arrived, it was still dirty. I requested a refund nearly two weeks ago and have received no response since. The lack of professionalism and communication is extremely frustrating. I definitely would not recommend using this service.

Pick up and drop off were all as scheduled! Super convenient way of getting laundry done, when our washing machine broke. Scored 4 stars as in the past have had laundry come back nicer smelling from other places.

It all seemed too good to be true. They could collect the next day between 1-3pm and deliver back the following day.
They missed the collection time, rescheduled to a later time and missed that. We agreed a collection slot for the following day and true to form, they missed a third slot. Getting money back, wouldn’t use again ☹️

Used the 24hr dry-clean service. Items came back on time and without any issues.

Service was so good and Price bit less then others company. Driver and Live chat support was very helpful. I will keep using.

I used Hello Laundry to dry clean a mattress protector, duvet and cushions. On receiving my items back (a day late) there was burn damage to the mattress protector. When I reported it to Hello Laundry they sent me “CCTV footage as proof” that my item was not damaged there. (The “cctv footage" was blurry and definitely not proof of anything.) In any case, I sent my item to be cleaned and it came back damaged. No accountability at all and very unpleasant customer service. Advise against using this company as there are so many other services out there.

Excellent Service. We have used Hello Laundry on several occasions. Both the scheduled collections and deliveries have occurred within the time frames requested, although there have been two occasions when the deliveries were delayed, both of which were outside the control of Hello Laundry & their couriers.
We've recommended Hello Laundry to friends & neighbours.

I used this company for the first time for a huge load of laundry after my washing machine broke down.

The positives:
- The amount I paid was very reasonable .
- The App was easy to use
- The turnaround was fast and timely.

The negatives ( some very serious ones)
- Their communication was extremely poor - no telephone number, no replies to email or contact page. No response to an email requesting them not to use fabric conditioner.
- a few quite pricey items have gone missing. No response to the email asking about the items.
- Finally, the email requesting the review showed the email address of all of their customers. There fire mine would be visible to others. This a serious breach of GDPR rules.

Quality of the cleaning and professionalism of the staff

Pretty happy with the service. You can book collection on the same day and delivery for the next day. It's a fast turnaround time. It's also very easy to book online with the Chat service very helpful vs the bots you get in most services.

Great service, I will use them again.

Overcharged me even though I weighed the clothes beforehand. I disputed it, no reply. Then went through my clothes, full of residue and colours faded. Also my dry cleaned coat has small hairs in it (I don't have pets). Four days since I complained, no reply. DO NOT USE.

Best dry cleaning service. After placing my order I saw some bad reviews I was afraid so I go to live chat to cancel my orders, customer support team promised me service will be no issues and she explained me only customer which is unhappy they gave review but we served everyday 100+ customers happy customer never leave review now days. I can truly appreciate Hello Laundry service is lot better than any other laundry company. I don’t have any single issue with them. I recommend all of my friends and family.

Absolutely amazing ! Would recommend to anyone.

I really happy with sevices and appreciate the workers . Received my delivery on time and clothes are really clean and smells very good. Recommend to all.

Very happy with the service, pick up and delivery on time.
Use their service again.

Wonderful experience with Hello Laundry. My cloths were nicely cleaned and delivered on time. I will use them again

25 shirts ironed - smooth service, fast pickup (same evening) and returned within 24 hours in great condition. Collection was easy, same driver dropped the clothes back. Very happy and will use next time.
