I Ordered a necklace for my daughter it should have been a 1976 5 p when I received it it was bigger than I thought it should have been.
They said it was because the smaller one didn’t change until 1990 a friend of mine has old coins the one they have sent me is a 10p coin.

We looked at their website and it was impressive. We decided to order a present for a life long friend. The feedback was positive so we went with the order. We have not been disappointed and our friend is delighted with his gift. We would highly recommend this company.

Whilst the packaging of the 18th B’day gift of a Hip Flask is impressive, the content is not!
The ‘leather’ pouch is just plastic and the ‘engraving’ is just printed and not as clear as shown on the Heads and Tails Web page. It’s not the quality we expected and we’re very disappointed!
We’re almost embarrassed to gift it to our Grandson.
Heads and Tails have stopped responding to our emailing.

My husband ordered a sterling silver necklace with a sixpence for my birthday. It arrived looking cheap and nasty and nothing like the pictures on the website. The chain was not the length he ordered and is faulty because it has a kink in it. Despite him emailing several times asking for them to let him know the returns process they have been ignoring his emails, which is in breach of their returns policy.

I now have a faulty necklace that cannot be worn because it is cheap looking and faulty!!

Absolutely disgusting customer service, or should I say lack of customer service!!!

Please note, do not be fooled by this company’s response to this. They have NOT replied to the emails, except for today when they have been lying through their teeth and I have evidential proof of this. Shady is to good a word for the two people who have been emailing and trying to gaslight us today. Shameful!???

After loosing it yesterday with this company due mainly from shear frustration with not reading the delivery policy ‘ yes my fault ‘ Id like to say that today 28th April I received the necklace which was for my sisters 70th we both loved it ! I bought a penny hip flask for my son’s 21st birthday and I’m delighted with it. The packaging is lovely and worthy of a special occasion gift. The customer service received and speedy delivery were also excellent. My son is yet to open it but I know he’s going to love and cherish it. I would highly recommend.

I ordered a silver sixpence and silver chain which cost over £100. I was disappointed to see that the item did not reflect the advert.
​The Bezel Frame: In the photos, the coin looks perfectly flush and sits thick within the silver frame, giving it a really solid, high-quality look. The one I received had a much thinner, more rounded casing that doesn't sit flush at all. It looked like the coin was just glued into a thin casing

• ​The Loop (Bail): The advert shows a nice, chunky tapered bail, but the one on my necklace is just a thin, basic oval loop

• ​Scratches: To make matters worse, the back of the pendant was already covered in noticeable surface scratches, which isn't what I’d expect for a brand-new piece of jewelery.
• Engraving: the casing was laser etched rather than engraved and was covered in scratches

I did eventually get a refund on the item but no email to confirm they had received this or that they confirmed the item was not as described etc.

Overall really disappointed that I didn't end up with a necklace I ordered and it cost me £10.95 to return which wasn't reimbursed.

Great quality gifts at reasonable prices.
Present for brother in law for 60th birthday. He loved his lucky sixpence cufflinks with the year he was born.
