The website is very easy to use.
The delivery was right on time.

The one thing that really surprised me was the engraving, the font had to be small as the coin was small, but it is not only very well executed but it's so easy to read.

I wrote a review giving 1 Star because of the customer service, on reflection I was Very premature because the owner was trying to contact me from the start,and there was a misunderstanding on MY part,since the owner has Replaced the Necklace and Pendant and my wife and myself are Very pleased with the outcome.
