I have nothing but praise for this company. Their web site is easy to navigate and has a great selection of products for sale, all well made attractive items. Having a key ring or bracelet, or many other items, made with a coin of the year you are celebrating makes for a very personal gift.

I ordered a silver coin necklace, and was disappointed with the quality. When I contacted customer service stating that the quality of the chain and the casing wasn’t what I expected so I would like to return it for a refund, I received a reply saying that they include photos on their website therefore what I have said is “redundant”, and didn’t give any authorisation or information for a return. A really bizarre response.

I also paid £5.45 for delivery, yet my delivery was received as a letter package with a 1st class stamp.

The coin necklace was delivered very quickly and is of excellent quality. I had a query regarding its manufacture and I got an immediate response clearly explaining why it was made the way it was (I wondered why only one side was visible, it's due to the chemical make up of the coin and safety). The company were very kind and friendly. I would, and have, recommended this company to my friends. This is a lovely way to celebrate special dates.

I have lots of ‘special’ birthdays this year.
For my brother’s 80th I ordered the 1946 3d keyring as neither his children or his grandchildren will have seen one.
One of my sons will be 50 so I ordered the 1976 50p keyring with a 20p added to it for his child’s year of birth too.
Both are absolutely gorgeous and I am delighted with them, I’m sure that they will be too.
Another very good friend is going to be 50 this year so I will order another for her.
I ordered the corresponding year birthday cards to go with them. It’s so interesting to read what was going on in the year of their birth and comparing with like for like nowadays … quite eye opening!

Item quality is not good chain looks thicker on their website and its was shorter than i ordered really disapointed in the quality for the money, was expectung a thick chain it is tat
When i requested a return they asked me why and said not many people ask for a return!
And still didnt issue a return authorisation they do not answer their phone also
Im disputing with paypal i wouldnt deal with them

Absolutely amazing ! They took the time to listen to what I wanted and why and went above and beyond to source something that they didn’t have in stock to be able to fulfill my order. Finished product is beautiful, really well made and was delivered quickly. Really felt like there was a personal touch not just an online order. I ordered a keyring with a coin dated the year of our marriage for my wife for our anniversary.
I ordered it on the weekend and paid for following working day delivery. I raised a query with the company online and had an immediate response and the gift was safely received as promised.

Browsing for a gift for wife and came across the heads &tails website ... some lovely little jewellery items and decided on a silver sixpence from 1966 in a gold knecklace .... oh my days .... its beautiful and although wife not seen it yet i know she will love it ... cracking price and paid a little extra for personal message on back ... its beautiful ... came within 5 days of placing order (including weekend) well done Heads & Tails and a massive thankyou 👏👏👏

The item received looked cheap with a penny stuck onto the front of the hip flask. The business owner claimed that it was welded on and due to the shape of the flask, there would be a gap at the top of the penny. The website does not accurately reflect this as photos show the penny sitting flush against the flask. Due to the gap, it looks stuck on and cheap. Most definitely not worth the price tag. Item was returned. 2 stars only given as delivery was quick.

Worst customer service ever. Returned a necklace bought from the US. Had all mail receipts. Both US and international documentation. Claimed they never received the return. I would NEVER do business with this company.

Really impressed quick on sending out the items ordered,& lovely quality really nice solid jewellery just love both my bracelet & necklace ordered in memory of mum & Dad very happy customer.The engraving very clean & clear on the back as well.

Bought the 1965 sixpence cufflinks as a 60th birthday present for my husband. They are a lovely quality! Much nicer than I expected, given the reasonable price. Arrived promptly, engraved and nicely packaged. Delighted customer!
