Great customer service and quality gift basket contents
I was pleased that with Hazeltons I could completely curate my own basket with exactly what I wanted in it.
My gift was to a hospital unit that cared for my mother. When I checked in to make sure that the basket was received, I was happy to know they were thrilled with the contents and very appreciative.
I did have to call customer service for an error I made when creating the basket and they were happy to fix it before it went out. I had questions about ingredients and allergies and the rep I spoke to was very helpful and got back to me in a timely fashion. All in all a great experience and will be using them again.

Would give zero if I could
Would give zero if I could. Completely misleading delivery info, delayed delivery of an expensive, perishable item sent overnight for a special occasion. Completely inhuman and dismissive customer service who had no interest in resolving. Recommend working with a local company rather than this faceless corporate entity.
