Good value, it included transfers and baggage for the hold at no extra cost. Only thing that would have been good is more hotel options in the resort as there was only one.

I have book a couple of holidays through Hays now. Both online and in store. Never an issue.... always happy to help. Many more trips planned 🤪

Easy to use and great layout
The website was really easy to use and made the experience so simple. There was a slight glitch during the booking process when I determined the table-size for our cruise as the number I chose wasn't submitted. Instead ALL numbers were submitted, including zero which isn't ideal. I will confirm with P&O which table size we want. However, payment, booking, finding the cruise: all so simple.

I booked a Princess cruise online
I booked a Princess cruise online. I don’t normally use a travel agent but the princess site wouldn’t allow me to add the plus package whereas I could on Hays. Al, paperwork and process easy
