I booked online but had to call one of the customer service representatives for help Nadine was amazing so helpful and helped me a few time through the booking , she was such a professional friendly person. I have had a great experience hopefully the holiday will be the same Thank you Nadine and Hayes Travel

Ease of booking and a competitive quote

Booking website is a little bit 'clunky' for cruises but other than that all good. Booked exactly what I wanted relatively easily and at a lower price than going directly through the cruise company. I'm a repeat customer and I have always found Hayes to be very helpful and easy to deal with. They basically do what hey say they will when they say they will. Their staff are courteous and genuinely seem happy to assist you. What's not to like!

Booked on line. All went well. Received emails with booking confirmation and information quickly.

I couldn't fault the ladies in the travel agency but the holiday we were looking at was £200 cheaper online than it was in the shop. Doesn't really encourage people to come in to the shop. I used the Hucknall branch

Easy process with a better price than virgin directly

I've still not received my confirmation and had no indication when this will be received which I find poor. I have rang up and asked and the lady wasn't very helpful and didn't give a time scale and I've also emailed

Its the first time that I have used Hays Travel as I normally book my cruise directly with ambassador Cruise Line. I am impressed by their customer care, the willingness to answer any of my question plus a very friendly person 😀

Everything looks good, but I couldn't pay for the cruise on the website and had to use the mobile app. I paid for it there, yet even after receiving both payment and booking confirmations by email, the app still can't find my booking.

Booked a holiday at a price that seemed to good to be true. But i have just come back from my holiday at it was amazing

Painless booking experience
I made the original booking online but forgot to add in the discount code when I made the payment - 1 quick phone call later and discount was applied and paid - very pleased

I booked my holiday online everything was easy to understand, form was straightforward no problems at all.

I looked at reviews before booking with Hayes Travel for our first cruise, it was easy to search for what I was looking for, easy enough to book. Staff I have spoken too have been very helpful and friendly, would recommend Hayes Travel, I would and will definitely book with them again.

Simple no fuss straight forward booking if the trip is like that fantastic

Reasonably priced , although the website was a slight struggle when it came to booking , I wanted to pay a deposit but the button for the whole amount stayed highlighted and I couldn’t resolve it .

I think the bookings page could have more info on as not much on there
But overall good
