Habib and Nasir are true diamonds! They made sure me and my little girl got home from GOSH to Cardiff on a busy Friday afternoon! Honestly cannot thank them enough - thank you guys for a seamless transfer and making sure we were home safe and sound.

Dear hats group,
I wanted to take a moment to thank the whole GOSH team, the drivers and office staff. Myself and Nia have been travelling with them for the last couple years and it's safe to say Nia is obsessed with Sadiya who is so good with her. The office team always smiling and bubbly when we come to the desk. All the drivers are amazing aswell, today we had Amanuel Tewolde who was fantastic.

Would give it a zero star if I could…
Would give it a zero star if I could they are the worse company in the world they don’t ring you to tell you that they are running late like they are suppose to do and also send a text out but they never did when I rang them up they was really rude and left me on hold and all they could say they had drivers who let them down and didn’t come in today but that isn’t my 78 year old mums fault who is waiting to be seen by a epilepsy doctor. They told my mum to be ready by 11.20 am it’s now 1.30 pm and still no call or text and my mums appointment is at 2.20 it don’t take 10 mins to drive to kings college hospital from my mums house. I will be taking this further and would be contacting my local MP about this as well what a disgraceful company to rep the NHS disgusting.

My dad was bought home from the hospital by Mark and Georgina who were so wonderful and caring. There was nothing too much trouble for them. They put my dad in bed and even took his slippers off! Very very caring people. Thank you!

Maggie Fergunson was very kind and so…
Maggie Fergunson was very kind and so caring, to me and my son.
Maggie messaged me before picking us up for the hospital trip which helped us be ready and on time for the important appointment.
Maggie is a great person she really cares and really is a dedicated person. Its amazing to see a strong female doing such a great job, she drives safe and is a amazing person who ensures we are comfortable. In Great Ormond St hospital there are many good drivers who collect us who are named Robert, Attiqa Fatima, Nasir, Ail, Amjad, Habib, Tahir, and Fasile, Imran and Simone. I would like to thank them all and the ambulance we go in are great, we are very happy with the service and its a great help for my son who has complex needs we have a great experience and really are so happy with Maggie esp who really is a great person.

Mark and Georgina drove my vulnerable…
Mark and Georgina drove my vulnerable friend for 2.5 hours at a fairly late hour to get him to my place. They helped him up the (24) stairs, no mean task with a 17 stone man and were very attentive, staying until they were sure he was ok. Then a long journey home for them!

We waited in A&E for almost six hours
We waited in A&E for almost six hours. The staff appeared to be under significant pressure due to how busy the department was, and unfortunately they were unable to provide much assistance. The A&E department was extremely crowded throughout our wait.
However, Gary and Georgina were excellent during the journey home. They were very apologetic about the long waiting time, reassured my service user, and ensured that all of his needs were met before leaving the hospital. Their professionalism, kindness, and support were greatly appreciated after such a long and difficult experience.

Excellent ambulance transport service. The staff Mark and Georgina were very polite, professional, and efficient throughout. They arrived on time and handled everything with care and compassion. Really appreciated how supportive and attentive they were while on the job. Highly recommended.😀

Thank you for your feedback and we are very sorry to hear about your experience and the distress this caused you.
We have looked into this further and can confirm that the transport lounge remained staffed by hospital staff until all patients had been collected. We always aim to get patients home as quickly as possible, however there are occasions where the hospital asks us to prioritise certain patients based on clinical need, which unfortunately can impact waiting times for others.
We completely understand how upsetting long waits can be, especially when you are already feeling vulnerable, and we are sorry for the impact this had on you.
