Excellent service by Mark & Georgina

Mark and Georgia were perfect as our late night transport. Exceptional, able to advise on the hoist. They had patience with dogs that I had to put out.
I can not fault at all.

My husband was transported back home from the hospital by Georgina and Mark (if I can recall, sorry). They were extremely pleasant and helpful, and made my husband feel comfortable and safe.
Thank you both for your assistance and putting David at ease.

It was an outstanding service provided by your transport crew, Denny Semper and his colleague Luke, on Friday, 17th July 2026.
They were tasked with transporting my wife back home from Hillingdon Hospital. From the moment they took charge of her transfer, both Denny and Luke demonstrated exceptional professionalism, gentleness, and genuine compassion.
My wife requires delicate care, and your crew went above and beyond to ensure she was kept completely safe, comfortable, and at ease throughout the entire journey and during her transfer into our home. Their attentive, patient-first approach made a potentially stressful transition smooth and reassuring for both of us.
Denny and Luke are an absolute credit to HATS Group, exemplifying the highest standards of patient care and empathy.

Patrick and Linval moved an elderly relation home from hospital and were fantastic. Included in the challenge was a leg splint, uncooperative (need for caution) hip joint and a crazy set of stairs. Nothing was too much trouble. Mrs M was super safe at all times and even a side table move to get her safely lifted into bed was no bother to two chaps with strength, care, thought and smiles for others to their core. Made the end of a long day a breeze with lots of giggles and Mrs M couldn't have been more smiley and grateful. Thank you both. M and E.

My mum was brought home this evening by hillingdon hospital transport by a lovely driver called Mark, he was absolutely lovely and so friendly.

Ronnie and Emily were kind, caring and treated my bedbound husband, who is in a lot of pain, with respect.

He needed to travel several times from one hospital to another during his hospital stay and they made it as pleasant an experience as was possible.

Oh my god I cant tell you how much Julie and Lorraine have been brilliant with my daughter for her school transport. She absolutely loves them always going out there way to make her bus journey so much fun.

Exelente experiance with a transport people. Mr Yahren and Mr Raj were so helpful, kind, caring people, they made all journey to hospital and back easy, funny. They really making people life happier, we are not just number for them. Hope to see them again.

Our SEN school transport crew have been brilliant this year- they are punctual, reliable, always bright and cheerful and make sure our daughter is settled, happy and safe on her school journey. They have taken time to get to know and understand her and it is reassuring to us as parents knowing that she is in good hands.

We have a good relationship wit transport they are always helpful and communicate going above when there are challenges. This ensures our patients experiences are good and they look forward to their appointments, as this can be a difficult time

I just wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to Kurt and Mohamed from W10 for their support during our recent trip.

Their energy was amazing from start to finish, and they were both incredibly helpful and professional throughout. It really made a difference to the experience for both staff and young people. Most importantly, they got us there and back safely, on time and with no issues at all which we truly appreciate.

I also want to highlight how important our partnership with HATS is. Having access to supported transport plays a huge role in reducing costs and removing barriers for young people to access opportunities like this. It enables us to create more inclusive experiences and ensure that finances are not a limiting factor for participation.

Aidan Graham was extremely kind, compassionate and patient. He offered brilliant flexibility and showed empathy to a difficult situation. He made the journey much more efficient and enjoyable.

My son throughly enjoys going on the minibus with Brook and Michelle. They are really lovely people and are very kind to all the pupils on the bus. They play caribbean music as the childrens therapy and he really loves listening to the music on the way to school and home

I can’t thank Gary and Macey enough for transporting my son to and from school. My son has complex health and medical issues and nothing fazes them. They greet with a smile and show that they really love their jobs - not often seen these days! They go above and beyond and my son absolutely loves seeing them and his friends each morning. They are an absolute credit to HATs and can’t thank them enough for everything they do!

Michelle and brock are great with my daughter faye,always comes back happy and smiling 😃
