I would like to take a moment to recognize Shaq and Errol for the wonderful energy and professionalism they bring every morning. They always create a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere that sets a positive tone for both me and my daughter, Neshai, at the start of our day. Their kindness, reliability, and upbeat attitude make the school run something we genuinely look forward to. We truly appreciate their efforts and the joy they bring to our mornings, Neshai has taken a shine to both of them which is usually quite a challenge when meeting new people, and we look forward to working with them after half term

Kevin Williams is an excellent transport driver who consistently demonstrates great professionalism and care. He is very good with people and has a calm, reassuring manner that patients truly appreciate. Kevin is caring, supportive, and always goes above and beyond to ensure patients feel comfortable and safe during their journeys. His dedication and kindness make him a real asset to the team.

I don’t know what the problem is with this company. I am a patient at Thamesmead Kidney unit. I live about 10 minutes away from the unit but it’s the transport service that is awful. I don’t think the controllers know what they are doing. I was picked up at the unit at 17.20 and I never got home until 18.40 the driver took me all over the place it is appalling I know everybody has to get home but if it was allocated properly we would not be having these problems. I would like someone to have some common sense and control the service in a proper way. Whoever is responsible for running this service it’s not being run in a proper fashion.

Great fun, kind and adaptable, nothing was to much trouble. Sabiha And Razwan picked no l my mum up from West Middlesex hospital and brought her back today

Every time I see Attiqa from gosh it makes my day and she makes me feel comfortable every time I come and makes sure I go to my appointment safe and on time

All the staff are very kind and helpful. They always call to give an updates. This month of October we came to the hospital 2 or 3 times a week for my son’s check up. Many many thanks to all your staff based in Great Ormond hospital sorry guys I can’t remember all your names but 5 star to all of you.

After several disappointing experiences, I had the opportunity speaking with Sakah. She was amazing. She listened, I felt heard and she did everything within her power to make my visit to the hospital possible. I cannot thank her enough. She did not once say that's not my job, she went over and above.

We had transport yesterday for one of our service users with complex needs.

I just wanted to say what a fantastic service was provided; I am unsure of the male driver name but the lady was called Amy.

They were courteous, professional and provided person-centred care, alongside this they were fun and friendly.

All to often people highlight faults but not many highlight excellent service, please pass on our thanks to both.

Joe was amazing. I was in panic mode today, however, Joe put me at ease, made me feel secure and comfortable. I arrived at my appointment and seen without any delay. I was lucky enough to have Joe bring me home. I will not forget my journey, there and back home safely. Joe left me with a twinkle in my eye and feeling thirty years younger.
