Needed first boiler service called the office 16th they got me an appointment on the 17th Liam arrived very nice guy did the service had a quick chat job done very happy

I had an issue with a cylinder that was installed a year ago. A problem arose with the immersion which technically had run out of warranty.
The very next day after reporting the fault Tom attended the site in Paddington and provided and installed a brand new immersion free of charge for “good customer relations”. Fantastic service!

Very pleased with the work carried out by Liam to fit a new mixer tap and clicker waste to our bathroom sink. Very prompt, efficient and professional service from enquiry to completion.

Our engineer that arrived was Liam, he was very polite and very clean and tidy with his work. Explained everything really well, turned up on time and was very knowledgeable. Great service from Harveys yet again. Would 💯 recommend- thanks guys

Needed a new more accessible bathroom installed for elderly family members.

Planning and installation was straight forward operatives turned up when they advised, were polite informative and left the site tidy each day and cleared up sufficiently at the end.

The result is stunning. The products used were of the highest quality and the workmanship a credit to all involved.

Prompt response to request for an engineer. Engineers are unfailingly polite and engaging. Complete work quickly and efficiently - and cleanly!

We had a new boiler fitted whilst away on holiday, we felt comfortable leaving Tom & Bill to carry out the necessary works in our absence and they didn't disappoint! They kept us updated with the progress and photo's on completion. We cannot fault their workmanship and professionalism and we'll highly recommend Harveys to anyone.

After purchasing a house, we discovered that the previous owner had employed Harvey for maintenance and plumbing services, which instilled confidence in us to engage their services as well. Our experience was highly satisfactory; from the initial meeting, the process was enjoyable. They handled our home with great care, treating it as if it were their own. While installing the new boiler, I overheard them discussing its appearance, noting that although some aspects of the works were more challenging than other, the end result would be more aesthetically pleasing. Upon completion, they even removed all the debris and explained the new system to us.

The customer service following a slight issue with the original fitting, ensured that my inconvenience was minor. Thank to the team who sorted it out including Tom Harvey.

Liam was brilliant called to say his arrival time was super efficient friendly and left the boiler area and landing spotless could not recommend highly enough.

Great service and good management

Liam and Craig did an excellent job despite half the floorboards needing to be taken up. Job ended being a little different from what was proposed but I was advised the best solution. Pleasure to deal with Harveys and would thoroughly recommend them

Great Service from Harveys, manage to come out on the same day for an Emergency. Ended up having a new boiler & rad installed due to age. Had this All done within a few days. :)
