Thank you for your review,
Customer service is very important to us so i have looked into the details of your job
I have checked the information and can see we attended as an emergency on Saturday 5th July.
A leak was found from the toilet cistern and a replacement part fitted to alleviate the emergency. (a like for like part was not readily available)
It was then reported a few weeks later the toilet sometimes did not fill, we reattended free of charge on 12th August as agreed and adjusted the fill valve but advised if the issue reoccurs an alternative fill valve (special order item) would be required
It was then reported a few more weeks later the toilet still sometimes did not fill so we ordered the non standard part and attended on the 5th September and fitted this
it was all done free of charge for good customer relations although the non standard part was not available on the original emergency visit of the 5th July.
We hope in future we can hopefully repair any issues on a first visit as we often do and ensure you are another happy customer of Harveys
Assuring you of our best intentions at all times
