Disappointing - I ordered ranunculus corms in Feb and was told despatch would be late Feb but the order did not arrive until March after being chased twice.

Great online plant supplier
User friendly online ordering and great communication. The Ranunculus bulbs ordered were suitably packed to ensure they were delivered safely and delivery was made in a timely manner. All the bulbs supplied are growing well.

I was expecting something with routes…
I was expecting something with routes but I received an envelope with nine twigs in. there were no instructions so I planted in pots in multipurpose compost under cloches and kept them moist. So far nothing has happened. How long should I wait?

I had a very prompt response and I am going to see what happens by the end of June. If they have not come to life they will review the sale. That seems pretty reasonable to me.

With bare root and root-based plants like this, growth timelines can vary depending on the variety and conditions, and some can take longer than others to show visible signs of development above soil level. Poor customer service …
I ordered the ranunculus bulbs and it took weeks to arrive even having chased the order TWICE and eventually asking to cancel! I was told "it's going to be despatched" but it didn't arrive. So I asked for it to be cancelled and refunded. Still promised it's on its way but again didn't arrive. It was annoying that despite you telling me it's on its way, it clearly wasn't. It would have been much better and less irritating if you'd just cancelled it when I asked the first time. Instead I was told lies, then more delays and having asked for a cancellation and refund nothing changed and then suddenly I get a despatch notice! The bulbs arrived and I messaged you astonished as I'd asked several times for it to be cancelled and the order must still have been pending, not on its way as told! Just appalling customer service and if you rely on advertising and customers then serve them better! It's not hard, check the order status and if it hasn't been actioned weeks after ordering, do as the customer asks and cancel/refund and offer an apology. You'd have been more likely to have had a other order from me.

It took so long for my order to arrive that I began to think I had been scammed. I emailed the company but it was another week and a half before I got any reply. However, the items arrived eventually in good condition, so that was fine. I doubt I would buy from them again though in the future.
