Aster disaster
I didn’t plant the asters till 3 weeks after receipt and by that time all the roots were totally entangled with the newly growing tubers. The instructions seemed to be for bulbs rather than live roots.
Asters were disasters.

Late Arrival and Poor Germination
The order did not arrive in the time indicated, we had to wait another two weeks and it was getting far too late to plant them. Also, we have found that the white ranunculus we ordered has not germinated well at all. Only one of the 15 corms has produced signs of life and several of the pink have also failed to germinate and we have grown ranunculus for many years, without any problems but this supply has been very poor.

I’ve been waiting almost three weeks…
I’ve been waiting almost three weeks for instock items, sent multiple emails and just keep getting it’s on its way… still hasn’t shown up. Some of the items I brought were supposed to be to be a gift and now I’ve had to go out and find alternatives. The items were supposed to be on a 48hour delivery. No apologies for the delays… not sure if I’ll receive the items, my guess from reading other reviews they will eventually turn up but this seems to be an ongoing problem the company have.

Similar to many many complaints on this site I have the exact same issue. I made my order nearly a month ago and received nothing. Whilst I have received a response and tracking information the tracking says that Royal Mail have not received the order from the Company so I am no wiser if or when I will receive my order and the Company are not willing or able to tell me when I can expect it. They have stated that the order has been "fulfilled". Well it doesn't appear to be the case, I am not remotely fulfilled, Royal Mail have not received the order, I have not received the order and even if they had a 4 week wait is entirely unacceptable. I was told it would be dispatched last week. I too have asked for a refund but don't expect anything forthcoming. They have said that the delay is due to backlogs and short staffing, none of which should become my problem when I have already paid for the goods in good faith. Had they told me weeks ago there might be an issue I could have cancelled then and ordered elsewhere.

Its early days but buds are coming through. All looking very healthy. Easy to order, delivery coincided with plants being safe to start their delivery journey which shows care from order to delivery. Would order again.

The order is now two weeks overdue and despite assurances from them via email that they were sending it out last week, there's been no further contact and they're not replying to my emails. Received some 'plants' which were just… roots
Received some 'plants' which were just bundles of roots with no top growth of any kind but planted
anyway and much to my surprise after 7 weeks...nothing!
Also planted crocosmia bulbs and anenome bulbs...nothing. This was in fresh compost and was watered as and when required. Will never use this company again.Will request refund but not holding my breath!

Unfortunately the plugs i ordered arrived as a tangle of roots so i reached out for advice which was not forthcoming. As a novice gardener i reserched through Google for direction but zero success. Very dissppointed, will not use Harding & Bloom again.
