Amazing sweeties Fantastic Service
Wow, what an amazing find! I love sweeties especially the old skool ones. I placed an order and it’s just arrived and WOW! It took me a while to choose as there was a lot to choose from, but I’m
so happy with my choices: pic n mix, cola cubes, pineapple cubes, pips (mixed flavours) iced caramels which my grandma will absolutely love (even the posh sweet shops in Windermere didn’t have them last week when I tried) I also got some brain lickers, lollies and other bits.
I also decided to try the new freeze dried blue raspberry rings and skittles. Wow, they are like popcorn! Very unusual but so moreish!
If you like great sweets and candy especially the old skool stuff you won’t be disappointed. Easy to order and quick delivery. Updated each step of the way.

*AVOID* Extremely poor service
I am totally shocked by how this company have behaved.
Product received was not only not it packaging is was advertised as, It did not have same label as it was described as.
And the contents were clearly a completely different brand from what was advertised.
Pictures I sent in requesting a return clearly show each of these points.
However the customer service team prefer rudness and angry threat.
I Actively Discourage Anyone from using this company
Horrid experience!

Svar fra Happycandy
Vicky Ross contacted us to explain that she wanted a refund because we were selling fake jelly been factory jelly beans, We politely explained that the product was 100% authentic and exactly the same as pre-packed products we sell. We did however offer a refund upon return of the product. Vicky then refused to return at her own expense and we certainly wasn’t going to pay for the return postage when the product was exactly as described. Vicky then attempted to hold us to ransom with threats of contacting her bank. We decided to vigorously defend our position as we don’t sell fake products. This can be clearly seen in the video we made on YouTube, TikTok and our website in response to Vicky’s claim. We have served over half a million customers since 2019 and 99.99% of customers are genuine and we appreciate their custom, unfortunately some people find the time to go about their life throwing false claims at small independent businesses in order to extort monies for their own benefit. Sorry Vicky not this time.

Another tasty order from Happy Candy
My latest order arrived in good time. It was packaged well. The main thing is the sweets were very tasty and I am slowly (ish) working my way through them. Thanks again folks.
