I have contacted this company soooo many times. Placed order 24/06/15 and it "states" in their "terms n conditions" orders will be sent out within 24 hours. Today 17 July 2015...haven't received anything. Have made repeated emails to enquire about order..no positive news as yet.
Tried to call them today 3 times...just kept ringing out..and then cut off.

its been a month and i have no information on my order and no tracking number,please tell me what is going on.i have left so many messages with no reply .

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I ordered 3 Moisturisers on 20th April, received an email on 27th saying no stock left and would I like a refund. I emailed back on 2nd May saying I would like a refund. Despite a number of follow up emails and messages no further response and no refund - I have now been waiting over 6 weeks. Absolute nightmare - this is either a total SCAM or a company in meltdown but either way AVOID!!!

i made an order for 3x hair gel and received no order number or any confirmation. A day later my paypal account was accessed my paypal account changed my password ( i was silly enough to use same password and email address)
I did not receive any goods and was advised by paypal to report the indecent to action fraud, which i have done.
There are other reviews of the same things happening to other people so AVOID AT ALL COSTS. And if this has happened to you then please report them to action fraud (Police)

I recently ordered perfume which I still haven't received.several emails and phone calls with no reply! Think this is some sort of scam!

Great service - simple to order, pay and item was received well within the estimated time. Very happy customer.

I made my order 2015.04.30 and still waiting for it...I can not get any explanation or smth from them. I have send several messages, but customerservice doesn't answer. I am very disappointed and feeling dumb to order from them...and am feeling sorry for the lost money...

I am very disappointed with the length of time it takes to receive an order. I paid 2 weeks ago and still waiting. Sent several messages and not one reply.

Company claim to have shipped order 14th april 2015. Not seen hide nor hair of it and the website is down

Steer clear of this company unresponsive and order never sent out. Its now been 16 days and am having to go to my creditcard as fraudulent as looking like i will never get my items.

You are liars if this order has been dispatched then why will you not supply the tracking detail? And if it was dispatched on the 12th why did it take 13 days to send out?

I have ordered a size-able bundle which adds up and now am very worried I've been ripped off. I placed the order on the 23rd April 15. It's the 6th of May today and nothing. No email to explain any delay etc. In my account it just says preparation in progress. Any attempt to link through to email or 'contact us' or details results in "502 Bad Gateway". Looks like a long & messy road ahead. Really don't need the stress. Avoid.

Having read the terrible reviews on this website about half price perfumes, I decided to order from Sterling Pharmacy. Imagine my horror as I was sent a confirmation email about my purchase from Half price perfumes. Don't make the same mistake.

This is no doubt the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. Please, please please, do NOT order ANYTHING from this website. You will not receive your package.
I ordered items from it; my money was sent out but I did not receive my items. I called them, and was rudely sent away with poor excuses such as 'we do not deal with this' and 'the customer service rep is not here'. Zero customer care, no conscience, and absolutely no politeness. Getting a hold of them in the first place is an ordeal in and of itself. Emails were sent out and phone numbers rung to no avail. I had to practically harass them to get through. I am writing this for the sole purpose of warning any poor soul who has landed on this website. Seriously, just leave, they are just out to get your money.

If you're reading this after having placed an order, and are now sweating in your seat, let me offer some advice; contact paypal asap and let them know of your situation, they will be able to offer their assistance and attempt to get you a refund.

I placed an order online and waited for about 8 days for it to arrive. When I didn't receive it, I logged on to check the order progress. Apparently the order was still 'being processed', so clearly hadn't even been sent out yet. I wrote to customer service and asked why and about a day later received a standard email notification that my order had been cancelled and I had been refunded. No message from a person, no apology or reason why they had messed me around, taken my money for over a week and not bothered to send out the product or at least refund me if it wasn't in stock. Leaving me waiting for a product that I really needed, when if I had known I could have bought it elsewhere.

Ordered my product and paid through PayPal on 25/4. Never received products. Telephone number nobody answers. Bad gateway with email address. No reply on messenger. Do not buy ANYTHING from these people!!!

My perfume arrived in good time, wrapped well and extremely pleased with it and excellent value for money will definitely order from you again

I ordered my perfume from Halfpriceperfumes as it was the cheapest place I could find. This was my first purchase from them and I'm very impressed, good service!

I ordered a clenser for my mum for mothers day but it didn't turn up. I've phoned the company up several times, I also contacted citizens advice bureau. They advised me that half price perfumes were breaking the consumer contract cancellation and additional charges regulations 2014, of which I have informed them of this. Half price perfumes said I would receive a full refund in 48 hours but that was two weeks ago. Now the rubbish company just ignore all of my emails. Disgusting customer service.
