Ordered items 2 weeks ago. They've taken my money and nothing has arrived. They don't bother replying to my messages or emails either. Looks like this is a rip off company. AVOID!

I'd lost my favourite RayBan sunglasses and because they were a model from about 4yrs ago, was really struggling to find them. I came across Perfume's club and was a little nervous having not heard of the company and seeing a few mixed reviews. I didn't need to worry! The product is genuine and perfect and arrived exactly 1 week after I placed the order. I didn't check any tracking but having logfed back into my account can see it all clearly. I would have no concerns using this company again.

Still waiting for items after 9 days now, probably get told they out of stock even though they were shipped on the 8th


Been 11 days now and no reply

The incompetency and lies from this joke of a company are unreal. If you send me an email saying my package has finally been shipped (ordered in March, it's now 26th May!) On 20th May and it STILL isn't here by 26th when I paid for first class postage?! That is a JOKE. Why don't you provide us with the tracking numbers so we can track our packages ourselves? Is it because you haven't actually shipped them as promised?! I'm taking this to a friend at Citizens Advice, look at all the similar terrible reviews on here, your company are treating customers terribly and probably breaking several laws. I think you should be investigated by the proper authorities!

I ordered 4 x hair dye but was sent the wrong ones. Have contact them via their website & via email but no response. Very disappointed / annoyed. Still awaiting reply & the right products to be supplied.

REPLY TO HALFPRICEPERFUMES: I received Clairol Nice N Easy Natural Light Ash Blonde (almost the same, but not the 'Perfect 10' that I ordered). I would like the 'Perfect 10 & for the wrong items to be collected please.

I find this company is very good value and a large choice. Always been very pleased.

All I can say about all halfpriceperfumes is they give an excellent service. It was the first time I used the site but would certainly use them again and also recommend them to my friends.

Still waiting on my order nearly 3 weeks now -no response to emails and no one answers the telephone -no replies in spam book either -i even left a message with sterling pharmacies . not happy as 5_7 days should be changed as your delivery times and you should not take money unless you have goods in stock !!

I am happy with the service from this company. Good prices, good delivery and discount prices. I couldn't ask for anything better.

This website is great, found many perfumes for low cost. I managed to buy a range of them for a really good price, very pleased.

I am completely Disgusted with Halfpriceperfumes.I have never in my life came across a company who are so unprofessional.I placed an order and weeks later it arrived with half the order missing and one of my items were faulty.I complained by Email.... no reply.I complained again...No reply so i called the phone number several times over several days...again no answer.Eventually after a long wait I received the rest of my order and again another faulty item.I am almost certain that this company must be a dropship company or something as it takes a very long time to receive orders.I am never doing business with this company again and will not be recommending them to anyone either.They are absolutely disgusting!

I would recommend Halfpriceperfumes to people who want to find items for a good price.

I found a lot of high end products for discount prices which I snapped up. Very pleased!

i ordered 3 perfumes just after christmas and paid for my ordered to be tracked there was no way of actually tracking my order. Also after 3 weeks i received 2 of my perfumes and the third one is still outstanding after 4 weeks, i asked for a refund and having no luck they have a phone number but no one seems to answer so i got hold of their sister company sterling pharmacy i do not, would not and shall not recommend this company to anyone.

My Mother placed an order on 31st December 2014, they took the money the following morning, but nearly 3 weeks later no goods arrived despit 5 emails only the first 2 were responded too and numerous attempted phone calls! Basically they don't answer they phone!
But don't lose hope! The company operates out of a chemist called Sterling Pharmacy in Mancester, I found the number for the chemist on Google 0161 445 3753, called them and although no-one could explain why the goods had not been shipped apart from the owner is on holiday! I did manage to get a refund. So Happy Days!

I managed to find a bargain on some certain products.

Very good company with good selection of items, very pleased.
